    Absolutely great location, in the city center and not far from Tivoli gardens.

    What could be improved: A bit noisy in living room for those sleeping there but we knew beforehand that we were booking near a busy pedestrian street.

    Central location – 100 m to the metro station. The street is pedestrian, but quite busy. There are grocery stores very near. Also Tivoli amusement park is across the city hall square.

    What could be improved: The apartment is at the 3rd floor, without an elevator. Can be a bit challenging is you have several heavy bags.

    Das apartment war insgesamt zufriedenstellend eingerichtet.

    What could be improved: Das Apartment war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die betraf insbesondere das Bad und die Küche. Staubsauger und Putzeimer standen im Kleiderschrank der Gäste und nicht im dazu sicherlich vorgesehenen Raum mit der Waschmaschine.
    Das Bett war nicht bezogen, die vorhandenen Bezüge waren zu klein for die Bettdecke.
    Die Lage des Apartments ist zwar zentral in einer Fußgängerzone, es ist allerdings bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Schlafen bei geöffneten Fenster war trotz der Wärme undenkbar.

    Communications between the property owner is quite prompt.
    location is very convinient to everywhere.
    Very spacious apt n it is very clean n neat .
    Well equipped kitchen.
    Provide amenities like ironing board, hair dryer, washing detergents for dish washer.
    Toilet rolls too.

    Tastefully Nordic decorated.


    Overall we like the service by owner as they are helpful n offer fast reply.

    We like staying here despite some small suggestions from us.

    What could be improved: It will be great if owner is slightly more flexible on check in n check out time without a charge if there is no one occupying.


    Provide thicker shower mat as water can flow out easily


    at night it is a bit of noisy for the one that sleep on the sofa, but it is ok if u sleep in the bedroom.

    Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Altbauwohnung ist schön.
    Auf Anfragen hat die Agentur immer schnell und zuverlässig reagiert.

    What could be improved: Wie unser Vormieter schreibt: die Wohnung ist nicht für 4 Personen geeignet!!!
    Leider wurden wir dahingehend schlecht beraten, der Kundenservice antwortete im Vorfeld gar nicht, die Agentur versicherte mehrmals, dass ausreichend Platz sei.
    Es gibt eine winzige, kurze Couch im Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Doppelbett.
    Für die 3. und 4. Person gab es anfangs keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
    Auf Anfrage wurden uns zwei Betttücher und Handtücher gebracht.
    Es gab keine Bettdecke für die 3. und 4. Person.
    Der Hausflur ist sehr staubig.
    In der Wohnung wurde das Bad nicht gereinigt, es gab Flecken auf den schwarzen Fliesen, Haare und der Badabfall der Vormieter war sehr eklig.
    Gläser und Besteck waren nicht richtig sauber.
    Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr laut, wenn man nach vorn heraus schläft.
    Der Balkon ist innenliegend und sehr abgenutzt und ungeputzt.

    What could be improved: Abbiamo prenotato per 4 adulti, ma la struttura è un appartamento con un solo letto matrimoniale (anche piccolo) e un divano (non divano letto) nel soggiorno, che noi abbiamo utilizzato come letto singolo, quindi uno di noi ha dovuto dormire per terra.
    Appena abbiamo visto che mancava un posto letto, abbiamo subito cercato di contattare la titolare dell'appartamento, sia telefonicamente sia via messaggi, ma per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno non si è fatta sentire.
