  Location great, within walking distance to the centre, underground station 100 meters, bikes to rent everywhere, lots of pubs, restaurants nearby

  Posizione comodissima, vicinissima alla fermata della metro M3, quartiere ben servito. Appartamento piccolo ma perfetto per 3 persone (4 forse no, essendoci un letto a una piazza e mezza e 2 singoli). Fornito di tutto il necessario e silenzioso.

  What could be improved: The apartment is on the 3rd Floor ( 27 stairs climbing) – NO ELEVATOR. Taking suitcases weighing 20 kg + is a terrible task. We are senior citizens past 70. We requested the apartment host to provide help to take 3 large suitcases upstairs. They said they would. When we arrived at the apartment there was a lady in her 30s who was present. She did not offer to help. We had to take the suitcases upstairs one by one. Similarly take it down on our way out.

  Clean. Comfortable beds. Staff were very responsive.
  
  What could be improved: Really need to improve the flush mechanism for the toilet. The kitchen could have a few more facilities/ tea pot; coffee maker or filter papers. Dishwasher should be replaced.

  L'apartament estava ubicat molt a prop d'una estació de metro i en molt poca estona arribaves al centre de la ciutat. L'edifici era molt tranquil amb un pati interior ideal per la canalla. Per circumstàncies personals vam demanar d'entrar abans i de sortir una mica més tard i ens van deixar.
  
  What could be improved: L'extractor de la cuina no funcionava i les paelles que estan penjant d'una barra estaven brutes. I no vam trobar cap cafetera per fer el cafè del mati. El water no tenia molta força per colar adequadament les necessitats fisiològiques bàsiques.

  Appartamento molto carino e curato, con un soggiorno molto accogliente e una stanza da letto grande e luminosa… L'appartamento ha un balcone che affaccia su un parco molto curato e silenzioso, veramente grazioso con giochi e animaletti come conigli e galline… Che dire delizioso…Posizione ottima con la fermata della metro a pochi passi… Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
  Un consiglio… non affittate le biciclette nel negozio nel cortile sotto l'appartamento… non è una persona corretta (non ha a che fare comunque con l'appartamento che è eccezionale e lo consiglio 👍)
