  The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the little sofa and we loved the shower pressure! The hotel is very cozy, we didn't experience any noise disturbance, and the location is amazing for exploring the city's attractions. Breakfast is quite good, there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly go back there, it's great value for money, especially with breakfast included.
  
  What could be improved: It's important to note that not all premium rooms come with a sofa but we were provided one upon request. The shower could have been a bit bigger or with a glass screen to prevent the shower curtain from sticking to the body.

  Friendly staff, secure hotel, good location, good selection for breakfast, lounge within hotel was very comfortable and chilled environment which is good for after a busy day. Fabulous facilities with the room
  
  What could be improved: Room was small for 3 adults but liveable for 2 days –
  There was a very awful odd smell within the hotel on the ground floor – it didn’t affect the room we was in but wasn’t pleasant when walking through to lifts

  The big space in the room big enough for me my husband and our 5 month old son. Was a lovely hotel breakfast was amazing every morning

  The hotel is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the Central Station. We got the train to and from Copenhagen airport which took just over 10 minutes. We also went to Malmo in Sweden for the day from the station and started the red tour bus route bedside the station so it was a great location for us. There are lots of eateries nearby and supermarkets. We also visited the old cinema which was only a few minutes walk. Our family room was lovely. A four poster bed for my husband and I and a comfortable sofa bed for our daughter. The room was spacious and the shower was great. All staff were friendly and the rooms and hotel very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast, like many continental, was nice enough but the only thing I could say would be better. The quality and choice however did improve with the length of our stay.

  The location was excellent, right next to the central train station and a short walk from the main shopping street. The breakfast was very good and included pancakes, waffles, pastries, cheese, meats, salad, cereals, bread, cooked breakfast, juices etc. Everything was constantly refilled and dirty plates cleaned away quickly.
  There was a lovely lounge downstairs which we didn’t use ourselves but saw people relaxing in. The outdoor garden was also lovely but it was too cold to sit out while we were there.
  The room was compact but clean and very warm. Bathroom toiletries were Rituals, so very nice quality. The bathroom was a wet room with a shower, only. This was fine for our needs. Our room had a bed (memory foam mattresses topper which was fine but a bit warm) and a sofa bed.
  
  What could be improved: The filter coffee at breakfast wasn’t great. No bar but reception sell drinks.
