  Extremely comfortable beds. Amazing location. Very warm
  
  What could be improved: We had issues with the showers. The smaller bathroom flooded very quickly when using the shower. The bigger bathroom shower drain was blocked. We were given only one set of keys which was an issue for when we split up. Would have liked two sets of keys.
  More towels and toilet paper were needed too.

  The flat was spacious, clean and cozy, also the location is fantastic and has access to everything, very friendly neighbourhood 😃
  The kitchen is well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: A friendly suggestion to make it better, it could need more amenities, like soap, and towels. Furthermore, a mop or some floor towels for the bathrooms, as to dry it after use.
  Also to allow visitors to leave behind some of the dry food products, like salt, pepper and sugar, it was a waste to throw them away when leaving.

  Location was very central, very near to the main shopping street 'Stroget'. Plenty of restaurants/ food places nearby. Although there were sex shops nearby on the same street, this was not an issue and we felt safe ( travelled with 4 children).
  Very easy to walk to most attractions.
  Excellent prompt communication from the hosts Nest, throughout the trip.
  Spacious apartment, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers, and one with a bath as well.
  Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer ( although we only used the dishwasher).
  No issues with smells in the bathroom
  No issues with access even though we arrived late in the evening. Instructions were clear.
  Apartment was clean on arrival.
  
  What could be improved: On arrival one of the toilet seats was broken, but Nest responded quickly and fixed this.
  The instructions given for the wifi were incorrect, they were for an old router that wasn't connected, but there was an Orbi router in the kitchen, and once we connected to this, had good internet speed with no issues.
  Fans, kettle and toaster a little old, but again Nest responded and said they would rectify this for future guests.
  Curtains a bit thin, so front bedroom got bright early, pack an eye mask. Upshot though was apartment was bright and airy.
  Parts of the apartment look sparse and a little dated, but we didn't have an issue with this and felt the central location more than made up for this.

  Great communication. We had trouble accessing the lock box to get the keys. We arrived about 2 in the morning, I sent a message about our troubles and got a call within minutes to help me open it. The apartment is perfectly centered, in between major attractions and shopping as well as the metro.
  
  What could be improved: They did not provide towels for nine guests or extra blanket and pillow for the person sleeping on the coach. I requested an extra towel and was told it would be delivered and never was. When we arrived, we had trouble accessing the lock box. It took us about 20 min to open the lock box. After getting the keys to the apartment and made it inside the building, the apartment door was ajar. When locking the door, I followed instructions by entering the code to lock and was still able to open after entering the code. The apartment is in a great location but it’s also in a neighborhood of bars so it was loud through the night.

  Very cozy and well located, facilities similar to pictures from site; except the need to clean more the windows everything was great. All the issues from precedent reviews of other guest were solved by the time we arrived, so congrats on that! Very promt and efficient personal with all the questions adressed:))
