    The location was great and the apartment was spacious and bright. It had the necessary equipment for cooking.

    What could be improved: What overshadowed the whole experience is the cleanliness of the apartment. The surfaces had been cleaned but the apartment is due some thorough cleaning. The living room couch was covered in spots of some spilled liquids or something. We had to cover it with a spare blanket to be able to comfortably sit on it. I believe the bedding hadn’t been changed, it smelled like someone had already slept in it. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer so we cleaned it ourselves. And there was a heavy sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. I reported all of these issues and the response was kind and supportive. They sent someone to look at the smells the next day. However, it was very disappointing that it had to be reported in the first place.

    The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was located an easy walk between 2 main metro stops – Trianglen and Østerport. Østerport also has a direct train connection to the airport.
    It is about a 20-30 minute walk to most places in the city and around the lakes.

    The apartment was large enough and comfortable for 6 adults to stay for a week and not feel cramped.

    Having 2 bathrooms was great!

    And the ever changing view of the lakes was amazing.

    What could be improved: The apartment could have had a toaster and a bottle opener!
    But this is very minor – it should not take away from the review.

    We had a wonderful week.

    Apartament was nice and cozy. The location was good, and the view was magnificent.

    This was an interesting property. I did enjoy how spacious it was. Perfect for my family with 2 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was about as well stocked with pots and pans as well as basic cutlery and utensils. The beds were nice and comfortable. We did not use the TV, but there was one and it looked large. The elevator was small and was tight for 5 people and luggage, but it works and we had no issues. The surrounding area was nice with a few restaurants nearby and some grocery stores. Very quiet neighbourhood given it is in the city. I would recommend the one near the nearby metro station. There was laundry facilities in the apartment, but we did not use them. There were two bathrooms, but we could only use the one (see what we did not like) however the one we did use was clean and nice enough with a shower and bathtub. The furniture was nice and comfortable to sit on. Very relaxed environment and I would recommend a stay here. We did have a couple problems though, but for the one issue that we felt we had to call the management company for they handled it well. Not an immediate response, but it was sufficient given it was a low priority issue.

    What could be improved: A few things could have been better. One thing that is just beyond control was the sloping ceiling. I am 192cm and I ran into constant issues in the bathroom and getting into bed. Just the way these places were built. We ran into an issue with the cutlery drawer being stuck as a knife went sideways some how and got driven into the back of the drawer in through the wood at the back preventing it from opening as the knife handle would run into the top counter. We emailed the management company to let them know, but had managed to solve the issue on our own before they responded a few hours later.

    Second issue, that was annoying was a terrible smell in the second bathroom/laundry room. It was just that smell of rotting lint filter that if you opened the door would just stink up the whole apartment. It was awful and we just kept the door closed for the 3 days and did not use that room. We were just too busy to complain and after the drawer incident and the response time from management for that, it was just not worth it as we did not need to use. We planned to send them a note when we got back, but as with most vacations just been busy. Will try after writing this review.

    Another thing to note is that they had body wash to wash dishes. Which does work, but generally I would have preferred more specific cleaning supplies to the tasks at hand. Dish cloth, dish soap, floor cleaner, etc.

    Overall the things I listed above are really minor and did not affect our stay in negative way. I do recommend staying here and I feel that if I let the management company know of these things that they would be addressed with the owner. Apartment hotels are always going to be a trade off between certain things, It is not a hotel with staff and a concierge, but it is more relaxing and has more space to unwind. I prefer an experience like this apartment over hotels.

    The location and size of the apartment is very good for 6 people. Nice view towards the lake and elevator available.

    What could be improved: The apartment was not properly cleaned: spider webs in all lamps, when we arrived there was a strong smell of sewage and one of the sinks was blocked so we had to unblock it ourselves because the staff never arrived
    The towels were not enough for 6 people. We asked the staff for it, but they brought us a blanket instead.
    The kitchen is not very equipped, there is no jug for water and there was no wine opener.
    One of the bathrooms was missing shower mat.
    Additionally, when I complained I was told I would be offered a discount but despite numerous follow ups this never happened.
