  L’appuntamento è centralissimo e arredato con gusto. Le stanze sono grandi e spaziose.
  
  What could be improved: In cucina mancavano alcuni utensili e tovagliette ad esempio…
  L’arredamento in generale, seppure di buon stile scandinavo, sarebbe da rivedere. Il poster sbiadito di Monet, ad esempio, nel salotto, sarebbe da cambiare e da aggiungere anche qualche decorazione. Insomma il tutto carino, ma asettico.

  Location was perfect and the beds were very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The listing was not accurate. It said three bedrooms but only has two. It said the living room had a side bed it does not. It is just a couch. This bone is fine for two couples for a family of four if the kids share a bed. But that’s it. Unless you have a fifth who wants to sleep on the couch. The house had issues with circuit breakers popping we had to fix on our own as the response from the management team was horrible. The building also lost all hot water in the evening due to usage so we had to skip showering on our final day. All in all a great location and great beds. A more accurate listing and a management team that actually responded to support help would make this a great place.

  L appartement est situé juste au centre ville au cœur des rues piétonnes, proche du parlement et de la mairie, donc beaucoup d opportunité de visite à pied.
  La taille de l appartement est confortable pour 4 adultes.

  What could be improved: L appartement a été rénové récemment sans aucune attentions aux détails: tout est peint en blanc, y compris prise électriques et câbles sur les murs, ce qui gâche le charme de cet appartement ancien.
  
  Et c est même dangereux: clous ou vis apparentes sur plusieurs seuils de portes ou raccords électriques sur le sol y compris dans la salle de bain! Prise électrique ouverte avec fils electrique accessible… bref on voit immédiatement que ça a été rénové pas cher!
  
  Le bruits: l appartement est au rez-de-chaussée avec un bar juste en dessous qui joue de la musique jusqu'à 1h30 du matin! Le tout a un croisement de rue avec des boîtes de nuit à proximité! Le bar a également une remise avec leur machines qui fonctionnent jour et nuit au niveau de l appart à côté d une chambre, le bruit est audible et ca n est pas normal!
  
  Pas de douche chaude apres 22h, j ai informé la société de location pendant mon séjour… mais aucune réponses
  
  Peu de vaisselles…
  
  Bref pour a peine plus on peut-être dans des grands hôtels bcp plus confortable, donc ca ne vaut pas son prix!

  What could be improved: Sehr vieles stimmt nicht für dieses Angebot. Die Hochglanzfotos des Apartments täuschen. Es gibt nur eine kleine renovationsbedürftige Dusche mit WC, in der man sich kaum bewegen kann. Zum Glück mussten wir nur am zweiten Tag auf das warme Wasser verzichten, auf die schriftliche Reklamation reagierte die Vermieterin jedoch nicht. Für 8 Tage Aufenthalt gab es gerade mal sechs Handtücher (sowie ein vergessenes schmutziges der Vormieter). Ein Schrank für Kleider ist nur in einem Zimmer vorhanden. Dafür muss man im anderen Schlafzimmer stündlich während einer halben Minute lang den Kompressor einer Kühlanlage in einem angrenzenden Raum erdulden. Die Umgebung war viel zu laut, bis weit nach Mitternacht störte die gegenüberliegende Bar und um 6 Uhr lärmten bereits wieder die Abfallsammler und Lieferanten der Geschäfte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entspricht in keiner Art und Weise. Für uns ist es unverständlich, das Booking.com überhaupt ein solches Angebot vermittelt.

  the property is very central and in a good location to explore Copenhagen. it’s well equipped and comfortable.

  What could be improved: We wanted to spend a few days in Copenhagen and we have booked the apartment. half way they send us a message that our stay is cancelled. We came from Germany, which is 6 hours by car. If you can't rent, don't have it published. we paid €474.41 and they have returned €458.09. They cancel our stay because of their problems and on top of that we lose money.
