  The instructions for accessing the property were very clear. The space in the apartment was ideal. The location (so clost to all Copenhagen has to offer) was perfect.
  
  What could be improved: Just needed a cloth for washing dishes or wiping benchtops.

  What could be improved: The access could be a little challenging if you had young children or struggled with mobility.
  
  Also unless we missed something, the sofa was just two parts that pushed together. Fine for a teenager but not sure about a couple.

  Great location – quiet but central – many bars/ cafes/ eateries close by. Apartment beautifully presented and very clean.
  Very easy check in process and really quick to respond to any queries.

  What could be improved: We booked for 3 people but only had bath towels provided for 2. Host responded quickly to request for an extra towel, but it still didn't arrive till our last day – and then the towel provided was a bath mat – so not much use. This is the only real gripe.

  Location was perfect. Didn’t take a metro once as we were near everything.

  1. The location is very central and means it is easy to walk to both sites of interest and restaurants.
  2. The staff was very responsive to our messages.
  3. Providing a crib and a high chair was really important to us
  
  What could be improved: 1. There were a handful of minor maintenance issues (such as clogged drains, squeaky doors, a kettle that needed to be descaled, dust under the furniture). The staff was very responsive but there was a lot to ask about.
  2. There were a few missing amenities such as a place to put soap/shampoo in the shower and a toilet paper holder.
  3. Lack of some amenities (dish soap, laundry detergent) meant we made mistakes buying these items (translating from Danish). Providing them would have really elevated our experience.

  The location is perfect
  The flat is very clean
  The kitchen is great

  What could be improved: The flat shares a courtyard with a restaurant.
  After midnight, garbage truck arrives to pick up the garbage created by the restaurant.
  It is soooı noisy.
  I woke up every night because of the extreme noise 🙁
  The flat is on the third floor with out elevator. Be aware of steep stairs.
