L’emplacement était très bien: proche du métro pour venir de l’aéroport et nous avons fait toutes les visites de la ville à pieds depuis le logement. Le logement était grand ,fidèle aux photos,propre et confortable

It was a spacious flat in a great location. The beds were really comfortable so we all had a good night sleep! The living room kitchen diner was a nice big room. Really nice!
What could be improved: Firstly, the instructions to enter the building was great however just being told the flat is on the 3rd floor is not sufficient. Only one flat door had a name on it so it was a 50:50 guess. We went for the flat without a mat at the door and that was a lucky guess!
For what we paid, I would expect the rubbish to be thrown out by the owners not by us. Being fined if we didn’t take the trash out is not good hosting.
There should be bins – where were they? It’s essential in the bathroom.
More mirrors are needed. We were a group of 3 women fighting for the mirror in the bathroom! There should be one in each bedroom.

The location of the flat was excellent. Also, the size and the furniture of the apartment were very nice.
What could be improved: When we arrived, the kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned, and we had to notify someone so that they could come the next day to clean the apartment.
The sink in the bathroom was clogged, so the water could not pass through properly, and we could not use it during the week. We notified the company, and the woman who came to clean the next day also notified them. They told us that someone would come to repair it, but nobody came during the eight days that we were staying there.

The location was great, close to Nørreport metro and train station ( direct line to the airport)
