It is bright and cosy appartement. With good view and location.
What could be improved: There were only two towels for both people staying for one week. Usually, there are two towels for one person— smaller and bigger one. The same with hand towels and kitchen towels— nothing there. In the dirty clothes basket was already one used towel— didn’t understand— was the appartement cleaned before our arrival or not? The biggest issue was with the mattress in bedroom— on one side it was bearable to sleep, other side was totally bedded and it was impossible to sleep there. Location indre by,close to shopping mall Magasin and what you need is just few steps away,easy checkin and independent.

What could be improved: We get the feeling that we are the first tenants, no reviews have been written about the apartment yet, so this is the first.
When we arrived at the apartment at the agreed time, the key was not in the key box as agreed. This was quickly resolved after a phone call with the manager.
The location is perfect and almost right in the center of Copenhagen, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and the walls, ceiling and doors look newly painted.
The apartment looks fresh at first, but we do have a number of comments.
When we arrive, the entire building is covered in scaffolding and all the windows were taped shut because they were renovating the outside walls. At the end of the day the windows were cleared again. Due to the construction work, the apartment smells bad.
The bathroom is outdated and does not look fresh. Unfortunately, there are no toiletries either.
The fitted sheet on the bed is very thin, so you can see the stains on the mattress. We just used the tablecloth as extra sheet so that the stains were no longer visible.
The TV is not connected and you cannot use it.
The 2 sofas are full of stains, luckily they added 2 rugs so we can put them over the sofas.
The kitchen was not clean, my wife had to clean everything.
Location is perfect, the layout and space in the apartment is perfect, but the delivery was not good.
If the above points were dissolved, it would be a beautiful apartment.
