  Very easy to get to from the train station. The hotel is bright and airy with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and gave us early checkin and if you become a member of the strawberry club which is free, it’s free tea and coffee throughout your stay.
  No Vegetarian/Vegan hot options at breakfast, no mushrooms or beans, which we was not told on booking at £19 Each and no refund offered when brought up the issue at reception… a lot to pay for toast, fruit or cereal. No control on entry to breakfast, you have to give your room number on booking, but no one taking room numbers at door, we are sure people were just going in without having paid, actually could have walked off the street for a free breakfast.

  Very convenient to the main train station. There is a small grocery next door. Walkable to center. Breakfast was included and very plentiful with lots of options. Nice bar and lounge to relax.
  
  What could be improved: Saturday breakfast line was long and no place to sit. They don't allow you to charge things to the room.

  Breakfast was pretty nice, many options. Location is great, close to Central station, walkable distance to the city center. Comfy bed and pillow & clean sheets
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom is not super convenient as water drops on the floor and all gets flooded. No floor map, so used a small towel. Not cool though.
