  The location of the flat is just at the heart of Copenhagen. Most of the attractions and popular restaurants are in 15 min walking distance and the flat itself is very large and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The Wi-fi did not work for 4 days despite the guidance of the management. It has been solved after 4 days but it caused a great problem. The bathroom is also very small compared to the apartment.

  The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to the subway station.
  
  What could be improved: It is an old building, there is no elevator to go up and down the stairs, which is very hard for people with luggage!

  The location is fabulous, in a nice area within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the city. The building is very quirky, the apartment very spacious, bright and clean, the beds comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. The sitting/dinning room was great, the kitchen well equipped, the toilet/shower room small but adequate, no problems with hot water (or with heating).
  
  What could be improved: Everything was good but ideally we would have liked some more furniture in bedroom 2, e.g. bedside tables and/or a chest of drawers. Having a microwave oven and a teapot in the kitchen would have been a bonus.

  Location is fabulous.
  
  What could be improved: You have to enter the sitting room through a bed room meaning it is unusable by all guests all of the time. Even though the room is slightly small this could be fixed easily by swapping the main bedroom with the sitting room.
  The heat was off for the last 24 hours. It was cold for Australians coming from their summer.

  Location brilliant 🤩 stylish and modern.
  
  What could be improved: No loo roll in the bathroom when we arrived, found one in a kitchen cupboard but ended up having to buy a pack of eight at the 7 eleven. Also, hadn’t realised that the second bedroom was off the first and up a small kind of step ladder, ceiling only 5ft so wouldn’t suit anyone tall.
