  Appartement très bien situé , proche de tout commerce, restaurant . Décoration charmante
  
  What could be improved: Lumière trop faible dans la salle de bain au dessus du lavabo, bouton gauche de robinet de douche difficile à tourner quand on a les mains savonnées . Il manque une 3e chaise dans la cuisine . Nous n’avons pas su ou brancher le micro onde car la prise a 3 broches ne semblait pas adaptée aux prises de la cuisine , mais les casseroles étaient pour nous largement suffisantes : )

  What could be improved: we must always consider how much you pay for a service.
  in our case three nights over €600; you expect at least that it is as shown in the photos. I think the electrical system is not up to standard (meters in the bathroom) wires and pipes everywhere (see photo), rickety prefabricated shower cabin, sink I think from 60 years ago with two separate taps that do not mix hot or cold water… and more! I am inserting real photos. it could have been fine if you pay a maximum of €100 per night but not two hundred!!

  Location is EXCEPTIONAL (this is the reason I have appreciated our stay with a 9, otherwise it would probably have been a 7, but all the minuses were compensated by the location).
  Maybe 6-7 minutes to the Metro, all of the major attractions in the city can be accesed on foot (I'd say about 15-20 minutes to Nyhavn). Restaurants (got a few ideas from our hosts), shops, late night walking are there as you get out of the house. The apartment and furnishing are old (the "on the wall" electric wirings remind me of my grandparents' house) but clean and well maintained. Kitchen appliances are minimalistic (we didn't need more though). More the practical than the stylish type. I appreciated that it is not a large company but (I think) more like a family business. Images on Booking are correct. Hosts were warm and efficient (Thank you!).
  We have REALLY appreciated the 11 o'clock check in (these days most hotels/apartmens let you come after 14h). It took us about one hour (maybe less) to get there from the airport. Internet was great (we have streamed Netflix to the TV without interruptions)
  
  What could be improved: We hated the Town Hall striking clock that is loudly present every 15 minutes from 8 am to midnight. With a little song and 12 strikes before going out. Soundproofing is not so great – during the last night there was a party in the building (they were not really uncivilized, to be honest) and it was much more audible than we would have liked. The other three nights we had absolutely no noise problem, it was really quiet and well separated from the street (well, after midnight …)
  The Chromecast was also not so appreciated, but not having an easy acces to the TV has probably pushed us to go out more…

  位子不错，就是在老城里出行很方便。体验了一把哥本哈根老一代住房。我们第一天到，没地方停车还付不了停车费，都是房东帮忙处理的，是个很热心的人。
  
  What could be improved: 家具很旧，客厅的红沙发已经很藏了，建议清洗一下或换掉。淋浴房是改建的，架着木头底座上。又因为是老房子，水压很小很小。

  Location is central, the host was very friendly. And it was very spacious.
