  We thought that the Flora Apartment hotel was genuinely exceptional. From the initial really helpful communication (which continued right through our 3 day stay – just checking (but not intrusively) we had everything we needed) through to the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, all the little extras like coffee pods (and not the miserly 2 or 3 you often get), the ease of safe parking etc etc. it was also very conveniently located for the city centre (4 stops on the train) although it only took 40 minutes to walk but was also in a lovely location near the beach. With lots of good restaurants close at hand. We would hesitate to recommend Flora to anyone. And it was also (in our English opinion) exceptional value. Thank you to the whole Flora team for making our stay SO enjoyable

  The place is very clean, cosy and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, good supermarkets are nearby as long as the subway. Easy to reach the airport and the center. Luggage storage and public areas are super useful and management is very responsive.

  Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is just perfect, tucked away in a charming residential area that’s both peaceful and safe. The amenities were fantastic, with free luggage storage after checkout (so handy!) and cute common area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything is clearly marked, making it super easy to find your way around. The staff are absolutely wonderful Always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. Plus, it’s just a few stations from both the airport and city center! There’s also a supermarket nearby and the cutest cafés right around the corner. Definitely a gem of a stay!
  
  What could be improved: If you prefer more privacy and would rather avoid the ground floor, it might be worth paying a little extra for a room on a higher level. That said, the rooms do have curtains, and the area is very safe and quiet.

  We really liked the location and the neighbourhood where the flat was located. We really liked the flat's comodities, the use of space and its comfort. We also liked the availability and friendliness of the staff. They were always present throughout our stay and available to answer any questions we had.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to say. We'd just suggest putting up curtains that block out more of the light from the street.

  The hotel was very clean. The kitchenette was great and coffee machine lovely. Handy luggage room and communal areas to wait/eat/work
  
  What could be improved: There are multiple entrances to the hotel and the corridors were a little bit of a maze. Once you find your room you’re fine.

  It was very clean, new, modern and nice. Location suited us well – close to the airport and the beach too. Laundry was great too. Nice local restaurants in the area – ate some great sushi and burgers! Close to supermarket and metro is another positive too.
  
  What could be improved: Room was a little squeezy – not much space for suitcases to open up. Still was fine and managed but that´s the only small downside I can think of.
