  Fab location, clean rooms with everything you need and the staff were so lovely and helpful. We had a brilliant stay and it was excellent value for money. No problems at all. It was quiet at night and we all slept well. The breakfast is an optional extra – well worth it! Delicious.
  
  What could be improved: I can’t really think of anything! No bath in the room. Would have been nice but not a huge problem.

  I love the little cation and perfect for my needs
  
  What could be improved: Our first night it was extremely noisy with street fighting screaming and partying so not much sleep .
  I was offered to move to another room for the next night but we did not have time in the morning to pack up. And move.
  I have been lucky in the past 6 years to get a room facing the courtyard so will check next time .i visit from Australia every year to visit family .

  Great place to stay because of the proximity with the central station!
  The breakfast was really great with many choices, they even think of people with gluten free diet. Some of the staff were really kind, some others were a little bit arrogant for no reason but I recommend this really good hotel.

  The staff were friendly, and vert accommodating. They were helpful for directions. The little touches in the room showed care and concern for the guests. Transportation was 2 mins walk away. The city centre could be reached by walking.
  
  What could be improved: Just a little more space for breakfast. Was a bit tight. But other than that breakfast was good. Loved the fresh orange juice.

  Location (2 minute walk from the main train station). Staff were friendly, easy to check in and out, bed was comfortable and good shower. Nice breakfast selection.
  
  What could be improved: Single room a little small, which is to be expected. Didn’t mind too much as was only there for 1 night.

  Being right next to the metro made transportation very easy. Being on the street was very good, there was no problem with security, it was very nice (recommended for solo travelers). Free tea and coffee was a service I liked very much for a cold Copenhagen trip. They have friendly staff. The room was clean and sufficient. It is easy to get to from the airport, you can reach it by metro with 2 transfers.
  
  What could be improved: I had chosen 1 double bed instead of 2 single beds when choosing the room. They said they could make the change for a fee. Booking.com helped with this issue and solved it. They could have been more optimistic about this because when I went to the room I realized that the double bed form was also two single beds put together. It would have been nice if they had been a little more helpful about something that would not put too much pressure on the facility. Fortunately, the problem was solved and the room was very nice. Thank you.
