  What could be improved: Everything was great apart from upon departure we went to collect our bags from the luggage store room and the member of staff left the room door unlocked leaving it open to anybody untrustworthy.

  What could be improved: Water pressure was terrible. Water didn’t drain very fast in sink or shower. Shower basin had black mould. Toilet flush wasn’t great either
