  Room advertised was larger than our actual room, and the room unfortunately smelt of drains, most likely due to the modern shower tray. Other than that location was fantastic and staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! We would return.

  Hotel was lovely, we particularly liked the lobby area and outside seating. Room was clean, great location and staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

  The design of the hotel interior, the staff and location of the hotel were excellent.

  The hotel is located in a wonderful area. Near lots of shops, restaurants and the Metro. It is very walkable to many interesting sites also. The room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was ideal. The bathroom was alright. The body wash and lotion were lovely. I enjoyed using these items each day because the scents were very appealing.
  
  What could be improved: I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing that was weird was that my room was not cleaned daily, while my friend's rooms were cleaned regularly and our rooms were next to one another. I had to ask the hotel for my room to be cleaned a couple of times.
