    Spacious property and in a great location in the centre of Copenhagen.

    What could be improved: The apartment was clean but floors were not.

    Floor plan is very misleading as the rooms beside the bathroom are adjoining and on the floor plan they all have separate doors.

    Loud location which you are only informed of the day before booking so no time to cancel or get refund!

    The apartment was perfect for a short trip to Copenhagen. It was very easy to find and was in a very central location. It was only minutes from the City Hall, Metro and many other attractions. We could walk almost everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in this area. The apartment had plenty of space, nice lighting and a stylish decor. We enjoyed the large TV and the Wi-fi worked well.

    The communication from the hosts was very good, quick to reply and very helpful.

    What could be improved: Overall we really enjoyed our stay however some improvements could be made to make the experience even better.

    It was difficult to locate the lock box for the apartment keys. The instructions said that the box was labelled with 'Number 2' however it wasn't labelled. This meant that we had to manually try the code on about 6 other lock boxes along a bike rack before we found the correct one. It might be useful to label it and provide a photo for guests. We had to email the hosts for help but they were very helpful and quick to reply. It would also be better if the apartment came with 2 sets of keys, the logistics in managing one set of keys for a whole family doing different activities was difficult.

    The apartment was a little worse for wear, and is definitely over due a little refresh. Some of the paint was cracked and flaking off and the ceiling stained, lighting connections where badly fitted and rusty pipes in the bathroom were a few small details that would make it nicer for guests.

    When we arrived there was a very strong odour, almost like someone had been smoking in the apartment so we had to air it out.

    It would be great if the apartment came with a stand alone toaster, we had to use the grill and frying pan for this which wasn't as convenient.

    The apartment would really benefit from an additional toilet room, one bathroom for 10 guests was very difficult to manage in the mornings and waiting times were very long.

    The noise from morning deliveries was very loud in the apartment and the thin curtains meant that the rooms illuminated very early. Perhaps in the future thicker glass or sound proofing would be good.

    The property was very spacious for sleeping and relaxing. We were four adults and two small children and there was plenty of room for everyone to find their own space. The bathroom is small but expected for European hotels and apartments

    What could be improved: It is a two-story walk up. This was totally fine for our group, but we did have to carry a stroller up. So if you are planning to attend with people who have hard time with stairs, it may not be best for you, but it was fine for us. Also on the sink in the bathroom needs to be repaired and tightened, but it works fine. Again, all of these are minor issues because the location and spacious availability is well worth it.

    The location surely is its strength as the apartment is located in the shopping street of Copenhagen with its bakeries, shops and supermarket, and it's near the metro and train stations, as well as some major must-see attractions and buldings
    The apartment itself is big enough to fit up to 10 people, the bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfy, and the services (kitchen [maybe 1 or 2 pans more would be appreciated, in particular by groups], bathroom, dining room etc) were good too.

    What could be improved: -the bathroom was good, but one of the shower head didn't work properly; not a big deal but i would recomend an overall checking and changing if needed
    -the bake-sharing is not pricey, but one of the things that made us choose this apartment, other than the quality-price ratio, was the "free bike sharing" offered by the structure

    The location was extremely convenient for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment was recently decorated and had everything we needed.

    What could be improved: The neighborhood was noisy at night. The bedroom windows overlook a bar across the street that is busy until 2am each night. The building is old and the floors are significantly out of level; it can be slightly disorienting to walk on them.

    What could be improved: The bath room included the toilet, was too small, and needs some renovation. Also no extra toilet for 6/8 people is not great, so if that would change it would really improve the stay.
