  It was super cool, ultra modern, and in a great location, but the best part was the friendly, nice, accommodating staff.

  The location – near a metro station, m4 is quick to center and usually not full. Near coffee shops and a good supermarket is on the other side of the road. The kind staff, the vegetarian options for lunch. The inclusion of a basic but tasty breakfast. The rooms were lovely, spacious and there is a kitchenette.
  
  What could be improved: Still some construction work, and you can sometimes hear the music from downstairs.

  An unusual 'Culture House' (English translation) set up, managed by very friendly, laid back young staff who live on site and do their own creative things as well. Not a typical aparthotel, which was great! Nice common areas downstairs where they have a bar, and community events – from DJ & dancing to board games nights and 'communal dining'. Brand new place. The 1-bed apartment was very well furnished with a kitchen (oven, hob, plates, bowls, mugs etc.), comfy bed, and sofa bed, table & 4 chairs. Heating was great. Also wooden floors and French windows that opened, so good for an asthma sufferer in our group. There is a lift. Will definitely come back next time we have a meeting at the UN.

  Overall is good
  New concepts of life style which I am looking for during this trip. It's a brand new hotel and the facilities are good including all kitchen stuff however the “ new” furniture smell still needs time to disappear . If you are sensitive about smell the house will not recommend it.

  What could be improved: They have just started (06.12.202$). Object is in final finishing phase and I some minor issues are to be improved & organised or reorganised but it doesn't mean that I consider it as negative. General mark is very good of course 🙂

  the breakfast was basic and didn t include option for no dairy nutrition. but when I mentioned to the staff they were happy to ask the chef to cook something for me.
