  Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Meava war sehr nett und hat bei Problemen/Rückfragen immer schnell und zuverlässig reagiert
  
  What could be improved: Extrem dreckige Unterkunft, es sah aus als wäre nicht geputzt worden, Pfannen waren teilweise noch mit Essensresten. Für uns zu eklig zum kochen.
  Heizung war aus bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 5 grad draußen.

  Der Abfluss sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche stinkt total
  Bei der ersten Dusche wurde das ganze Bad überschwemmt. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, mussten wir Socken ausziehen und die
  Hose hochkrempeln. Nach Rücksprache mit Maeva sollten wir das Gitter vom Abfluss entfernen.
  Maeva hat sich freundlicherweise auch um die Überschwemmung gekümmert. Durch das öffnen des Abflusses hat dieser aber noch mehr gestunken und es kamen dadurch noch mehr Fliegen in das Bad – absolut ekelhaft! Bevor wir ein Handtuch benutzt haben, mussten wir erstmal die Fliegen abschütteln!
  Das Apartment ist sehr laut. Man hört Leute von der Straße, von oben, und jedes Mal wenn in dem
  Wohnhaus Wasser fließt, wird man von dem Geräuschen wach.
  Der Teppich ist zwar schön, aber man kann nicht mit Socken drauf laufen, tut total weh
  Das Bett ist einfach zwei Matratzen auf einer Holzplatte. Nicht gerade gemütlich.
  Wir buchten für 3 Personen. Es gab insgesamt nur zwei Bettdecken und Handtücher – auch kein Geschirrtuch oder Händehandtuch. Das haben wir dann auf Nachfrage von Meava bekommen.

  Molt ben ubicat, excel·lent decoració, Il·luminació molt ben lograda, joc de cortinas per dividir espais, estàs en una apartament que podría sortir en una revista de decoració!
