  Comfortable beds, smack in the middle of the city.
  
  What could be improved: The locks jam and take minutes to open or close and are a huge risk to residents in case of fire. There are no light switches anywhere, you just plug in the sockets, so you fumble around in the dark at night unless you leave a light on. The stairs are a death trap especially combined with what I just said, one step wrong and you fall on your face two meters onto concrete. The apartment smells strongly of paint and construction glue. It is evident that everything has been done as fast as possible and as cheap as possible. Floors are some mix of concrete, wood and putty and feel filthy. Flat is a basement full of pipes and most of it has not been cleaned this century, just painted over. I honestly want my money back. Never experienced anything like this.

  Location in a very cool part of the CPH, quiet street with couple of very cozy cafes. The property itself is very inspiring and tastefully decorated. Two bedrooms are a bonus. Bedding in pure linen and fluffy blankets feel luxurious. Fully equipped kitchen and even a bath. Romantic inner courtyard with a unique atmosphere.
  
  What could be improved: Church bells every hour but it is quiet between midnight and 7 am.
