  Well located- very short walk to metro and shopping street, moderate walk to Nyhavn area.
  Warm, easy to access with touch pad entry.
  
  What could be improved: The noise was almost intolerable- from the street (expected- we were staying over New Year celebrations) and the building entrance .The walls/ doors seemed to be paper thin and transmitted noise like we were in a tent. Security was questionable- on the first night someone tried to get into our unit- just a mistake,but there were lots of people coming and going through the main entry at all hours ( again very noisily for the person sleeping on the couch) And that’s it- sleeping on the couch – it’s not a sofa bed, but a hard couch – supposed to sleep 2 ( I have no idea how)
  Weird layout- bathroom accessed through the bedroom.
  This place was the worst we stayed in on our 3 week trip and was the most expensive. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

  Location, spacious and very comfortable beds
  
  What could be improved: A few things could be provided such as hand soap in bathroom, toilet paper and a few more kitchen items. The kitchen tap was nearly falling off. And there was a persistent drain smell.

  Amazing location.
  Nice and spacious and warm.
  Very comfy beds.
  Helpful that there was 2 bathrooms.
  
  What could be improved: In one of the bathrooms, a strong sewage like smell was present, sort of went away after a shower but shortly came back. The smell did come from the other bathroom later on in our stay.

  What could be improved: I stayed on a 3rd floor without elevator (specially hard if you're traveling with huge bagagge) and the rooms where a bit too small.

  Spacious and near in all tourist spots that my family wants to visit. Transportation wise and food to go are very accessible.
