    Very nice and good apartment for a big group. Refined and tasteful design. Equipped with all necessary things and furniture. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

    There was a bus stop 30 seconds from the accomodation.
    There is a Netto 30 seconds from the accomodation.
    The dishwasher was very useful.
    There is plenty of spare bedding and towels.
    The apartment was incredibly clean on arrival.
    The TV and WiFi was good to have.
    The apartment was very warm.
    The balcony was nice to have.

    What could be improved: There is only one bathroom.
    Communication with the hosts was difficult.

    The apparment is in a really quite neighbourhood, from where we could reach most of the touristics attractions in 15-20 mins with public transport, for which the station was 1 min away from where we stayed. The airport is super close aswell. Most of the time the host was answering our direct messages really quickly, trying to solve our problems as fast as possible, which we really appreciated

    What could be improved: The host forgot to send us the details on where to find the key to the aparment, so we had to sit in front of the house for 1-2 hours, before we managed to contact them. The phone number in the booking information always redirecting to voicemail. Also they forgot to bring a baby crib which we previously requested, which we managed to get only on the 2nd night.

    The space of the room was decent. Balcony was good. But we didn’t have time to spend in since we had spent more time to worry about what’s next wrong to this place!

    What could be improved: We aimed to cook breakfast at the apartment, and we did cook on the first morning and found out the dishwasher didn’t work so we wasted time on that! Therefore I would say this question should be what did you dislike? There was no toilet paper provided in this apartment, we made the request and got 4 little toilet papers the second day. 4 little toilet papers for 7 elderly people for 6 nights! They ran out in 2 days so we supplied them ourselves. The shower room was flooded after shower and we had it fixed on the day 4, otherwise we spent sometime to dry the flooding floor for the next person to enter. To avoid accidents from slippery floor from wet. This had spoiled our holiday after our retirement which we arranged in a group to save some money by staying in the apartment and could cook some meals for breakfast and dinner. Nothing happened after asked for help! So the score is almost zero, the property didn’t care their customers. We did a mistake once. We did make a request for compensation and what they will do is to compensate DKK700 which is peanut, to compare what we paid, we asked for DKK2,000, not even 10% of what we had paid for our comfortable stay. This amount is to make up our meals of eating out one meal for 7 persons was more than DKK1,000. We booked an apartment for 7 persons but they gave us 3 double bed room and a massage bed without bedding and a baby cot. We didn’t ask for a baby cot! I myself who had to sleep on this massage bed by digging out the duvets from baby cot to make my own bed. It was a horrible holiday for us really. Some members of the group are travelers, they travel a lot to these country and they said this incident never happened to them before. I personally always have positive about Denmark. Boasting to the group that this country was the best and happiest. But it’s not really true! The picture looked very pleasant but the truth is Rubbish. The door handles were Wobbling.

    What could be improved: I don't think it's a good idea to urge us to give a rating of 10 .

    We would appreciate more toiletries in the bathroom. The apartment needs deep cleaning – bathroom had a lot of limescale, we had black feet from the floors in the apartment….

    La casa si presente pulita e in ordine.
    La struttura è elegantemente arredata e ben tenuta.
    Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole.
    Bagno pulito e con pavimento riscaldato.
    La terrazza è "la ciliegina sulla torta", molto spazioso, dotato di tavolo, lettini e un sistema copri vento.
    Nonostante l'appartamento sia distante dal centro, l'efficienza dei trasporti pubblici danesi non rende ciò un problema.
    Nella zona sono presenti market e diversi esercenti.

    What could be improved: Le foto di Booking non corrispondevano all'appartamento dove abbiamo dimorato (04/2024), probabilmente l'host non ha ancora diviso le foto in base all'appartamento selezionato.
    Dopo il soggiorno l'host ha chiesto ripetutamente una recensione da 10 stelle.
    Nel bagno avrei fornito più prodotti per l'igiene personale in base al numero di persone e la durata del soggiorno.
    Un solo bagno per 7 persone può essere un problema (le foto ne mostravano 3).
    Sarebbe comodo avere una chiave in più in base al numero di persone, noi eravamo in 7.

    The facilities were just what we needed, with shops close by.

    What could be improved: The day that we wanted to spend the evening out (18th April) we came back to find the key had been taken.. this now makes sense as the above review states that the 18th was our last day instead of the 19th. We were stuck in the cold for 4 hours. The phone number on Booking.com was incorrect (+45 60 10 60 00) so the people on the phone couldn’t help and had to travel to try and send messages through the booking.com app. In the end we felt we couldn’t go out as someone had a key to the apartment now with our belongings in so we stayed in.
