    Great location and well appointed apartment with everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

    What could be improved: Only issue we had was with keys not working for the middle door but Neste sorted that immediately and ensured our touring was not disrupted.

    The apartment was spacious with 4 large bedrooms, loungeroom and kitchen. It was centrally located. Perfect for a group of 4.

    What could be improved: We were advised we could gain access at 4 pm. We arrived at 4.30 and there was no key in the lockbox. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get in that was very frustrating and worrying. They kept telling me that the cleaner was in the apartment waiting for me. I was banging on the door loudly with no response. Finally the cleaner opened the door. He was in there all the time. Very bad service.

    Location was perfect. Supermarkets within a short walk, metro and sites easy to get to.
    Apartment bedrooms were super spacious. Squeaky floorboards, exposed pipes and holes part of the charm as its a
    historic building. We were expecting a lift but it only accessed the top floor. The two levels of stairs was a pain to negotiate with a pram however we quickly got used to it. Kitchen adequately equipped and appreciated.

    What could be improved: On arrival we found only 2 clean towels so we had to improvise. We received more towels a day later.
    Shower curtain could be cleaner.

    – Good heating system
    – They changed the kettle immediately when we told them that the one provided was not working

    What could be improved: – The church bells were ringing every morning at 8:00 for five minutes and waking everyone up. This affects the two large double bedrooms
    – Check-in and check-out times are not very ideal
    – Communication was generally good, except during the arrival, which is the most crucial part. The instructions provided were incorrect (we were directed to enter the apartment with the red doormat, which was not the case), resulting in a delay in accessing the house. Despite attempting to contact them, we received no response. After 45 minutes, a neighbor kindly assisted us

    Excellent location.
    The apartment is actually a huge old-town apartment in an old building, partially renovated and nicely furnished. Very pleasant floor heating in the bathroom.

    What could be improved: We had some challenges with the locks in the building which had the special charm considering the apartment is in old bulding. On the rainy days there is an unpleasant smell of the drain the bathroom.

    Beautiful, spacious apartment that's even better than the pictures! There's plenty of natural light and space to spread out as a family, and the decor is chic and clean. Didn't notice any street noise, despite being steps away from the canals and busy tourist spots. Location has lots of coffee shops and restaurants in surrounding streets, or walk a little further to the beautiful green parks. Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and very helpful having a washing machine and dryer in the laundry. Coffee machine is a nice touch, but would also like a kettle.

    What could be improved: It is up a few flights of stairs, so was tricky bringing up several suitcases.

    lovely big bedrooms. Netflix after a busy day with a bottle of wine was very relaxing.

    What could be improved: only one shower. A toilet and shower near the front door would be very useful. The only shower that was there was very small for the size of the property. A glass door would be better as the shower curtain made it feel even smaller.
    Also we couldn’t find a kettle, although it was listed as having one. It was a pain having to boil water in a saucepan.

    The property was very large with spacious bedrooms. It was located right in the city centre close to a lot of the entertainment and tourist attractions.

    What could be improved: If we had fully occupied the flat (8 people) the done shower room might be a bit overstretched. But for the 5 of us, it was fine.
