  The location of this property is unbeatable especially for the price when compared with other apartments.
  It was well stocked with bedding, towels and shampoo/soaps. The kitchen facilities were good too.

  Location was perfect to get around the city, reach eating establishments and tourist attractions.
  
  What could be improved: The 4 flights of stairs and the beds weren’t too comfortable and could probably be replaced as they looked very worn.

  What could be improved: Shower never worked, wasn’t bedding for the 5th guest, lights never worked, very dirty/ran down, no smoke detector (health and safety risk), many sockets never worked, no proper heating provided (only plug in radiators which were inadequate whilst it was 0-4 degrees outside), no hair dryer as stated, no oven as stated (there was a microwave) and the list goes on. Completely ridiculous and shouldn’t of been allowed to be rented out!

  What could be improved: It was noisy at night and dirty. This apartment should be stopped rented out until certain things are fixed. It needs a proper clean over and some replacements.

  What could be improved: Overall this place needs some serious cleaning updating. Many things are broken, the walls are dirty and have cracks. There are no smoke or gas detectors. The bathroom is in poor shape, almost no water is running out of the crane in the sink and the toilet flush. There is little hot water and low water pressure in the shower.
  The mattresses are dirty, we were asked to take off the sheets before leaving and there was hair and stains all over from previous guests. We were 5 people staying there but only got 4 pillows and blankets. The stairway up to the apartment is very dirty. Some of the furniture is not screwed together well and looks like falling apart if you would place something on it. No ceiling lights.
