  The apartment was clean, welcoming and warm – which was great for our winter stay. It had plenty of space with 4 double bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, making it very easy to cook and eat there. Checking in and out was convenient and we were able to check in early. Central location was ideal.
  
  What could be improved: The noise from the bar below at night, but that’s to be expected from such a central location.

  We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment, it was nicer than it shows in the pictures.
  Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable. Fabulous location, we really enjoyed our stay!

  Location was in the beating heart of Copenhagen, (though it gave multiple cab drivers some trouble to find) Space was bright and clean with lots of room to spread out for a group and the wifi and the water pressure were strong. Having laundry and a dryer was excellent. The second half bath was very nice. Management was responsive.
  
  What could be improved: We booked this for the elevator as several of our group had mobility issues. The elevator often took 5+ minutes to come to each floor and would randomly jerk or drop in an unsettling way. It appears it needs some maintenance. Also having such a late check in time (4p and not one second earlier) proved to be difficult to maneuver with a large group and their recommendations for luggage storage are not a good solution (luggage hero is neither secure nor well reviewed). We ended up having to book a day hotel separately to store our luggage. If I did this over again I would simply have booked a hotel unless I had a very late arrival. The bar underneath the apt was open on Saturday night, was VERY loud and drunk people kept us up well past 3am.

  The location was excellent, we walked to all places (mostly) and the train station was very close so we could take the train for some further out locations. The apartment was huge with 4 bedrooms – so the kids had their own bedrooms. Kitchen was ok – small and needed some better utensils.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi was out – I read a review from someone who booked the property in May 2024 and they commented on the wifi being out at that time as well – I figured the property managers would fix it (so I booked the property) – my bad. It was not fixed. Being in a foreign country – wifi is essential to be in touch with home and also to figure out where and how to go. The managers offered to pay for a mobile data card which we did (we bought one for 100GB which they suggested – haven't seen the refund as yet). The mobile data card was difficult to figure out since the instructions were in Danish (we don't speak Danish). The property managers should definitely fix the wifi ASAP for future travelers.

  Very roomy with 4 beds (5 with sofa bed) and
  1 1/2 baths our group of 5 women were very comfortable. Kitchen and supplies were well-furnished. Elevator and balcony were a bonus. Windows all opened for fresh air and nice breezes. Owner accomodated our early -check-in request. Location by round tower was perfect with cafes and shopping right outside door.
  
  What could be improved: Wifi was out while we were there. A bit of street noise in 2 bedrooms but other 2 were dead silent.

  Comfortable, clean with lots of space. Though advertised as 3 bedroom there are 4 double beds which was better for our group. Shower room with toilet plus a 2nd separate toilet is good.

  Overall, it was a good place to stay. Spacious and clean. Location was perfect as well.
  
  What could be improved: Late check in time. We were right there at the exact check in time and key wasn't available. We waited for extra few minutes which for us was a bit frustrating since we were already exhausted from our trip.
