    The location was perfect, just around the corner from Nyhavn waterfront which is beautiful. Everything was very close including the metro station which was a few minutes' walk. We walked to many of the tourist attractions including the Botanical Gardens, the Marble Church, Amalienborg Palace, Rosenborg Castle, the Round Tower, Kastellet fortress, the Torvehallerne food market and the shopping street. All very convenient and beautiful sights along the way.

    We also took the metro to the airport which was super easy and convenient, only took about 20 mins and excellent value.

    The property is just as it looks online. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space. Lovely design, open and airy. It was too cold to go out onto the balcony but imagine it would be great in the summer. Despite arriving in extremely cold weather, the apartment was warm enough. There were spare duvets and plug in radiators which were very welcome.

    Overall the place is excellent and we loved the location, perfect for first time visitors wanting to explore the city.

    What could be improved: There is a front door off the street to access the property which didn't lock. This was a slight concern from a safety perspective which we did report to the agency who were very responsive. It wasn't fixed by the time we left but hopefully will be resolved before too long.

    It would have been nice to have a few basics ready for our arrival. As we arrived at 10pm on a Sunday evening nothing much was open so we did prepare for this, but a some welcoming touches would be nice for any future guests.

    The Lokation was perfekt.
    Rooms where clean and kitchen was functional.

    What could be improved: The shower is poor. Only hot or cold water with no pressure.
    There could be also more desks and hooks to hang your clothes and stuff.

    Very nice and light apartment. The location is good.

    What could be improved: No elevator and we needed to bring heavy bags all the way to the apartment. The heating in one of the bedrooms wasn't working properly.
    It was very noisy the weekend day (someone was having a party) up to 2 am.

    Location was perfect, great community space, the egg chair was fun, the beds were very comfortable and the decor was nicely done! The space was perfect for the 5 of us – three generations of women celebrating a milestone birthday!

    What could be improved: Minor cosmetic issues with stains on the rug and dining room chairs. There was also mold/limestone in the bathroom. There wasn’t a lot of hot water for the 5 of us to shower in one bathroom.

    Light and airy with very comfortable beds. Very close to Kongensgade Nytorv. Lots of amenities nearby within walking distance. Well-equipped kitchen.

    Location was perfect very central. Despite this it was pretty noise free in the apartment. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were also excellent in retrieving a left behind item and sending it on. Full marks for customer service there.

    What could be improved: Although it’s clear in the notes for this property there is not a lift and it’s up three flights of steep stairs. A bit of a struggle with the luggage and certainly not suitable for less than fit individuals.
    The furniture is a bit tired and looking shabby and strangely no wine glasses as noted by others but other than that everything works and it’s a nice apartment,

    The apartment was super modern and light. V. comfortable beds and super clean. the location was the real selling point as it was so well placed!

    What could be improved: The only negative there was no hand soap in either the bathroom or kitchen.

    The location is just perfect. So close to all city attractions. Very central, yet quiet. Great setting with two floors and seperate living area. Comfy beds, good space in both bedrooms. Very nice terrace, especially on a sunny days. Great help with the luggae storage in a nearby department store.

    What could be improved: The apartament could have been cleaner – dirty windows, sitting area on the terrace, fronts of kitchen cabinets. Bathroom seems very old and cold. Be aware of vert steep steps! Quite a challenge with bigger suitcase. No contact with the apartament management – very strict rules, yet no personal touch.
