  Lage relativ zentral, Entfernung zu Verkehrsmitteln mittel fußläufig, Betten sehr gut, trotz verkehrsreicher Straße relativ ruhig, Schlafzimmer zum Hof sehr ruhig, Einrichtung geschmackvoll, etwas spärlich, Wohnung außer Fenster sehr sauber.
  
  What could be improved: Wlan funktioniete erst nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, sehr verschmutzte Fenster, alle Fächer im einzigen Schrank waren voll, keinerlei Bedienungsanweisungen für die komplizierten Geräte vorhanden( das Cerankochfeld hat erst am vorletzten Tag teilweise funktioniert trotz mehrfacher Anfrage beim Vermieter), TV war für Kabel-bzw. Satelittenempfang nicht eingerichtet und deshalb für uns nicht nutzbar, Türklinken fehlten oder waren locker, die Handdusche funktionierte nicht richtig. Der Vermieter wünschte die Zusendung von Videos über unsere Grätebedienung, was uns einige Zeit gekostet hat. Wir hätten persönliches Erscheinen erwartet. Letzteres hat uns geärgert, alles andere war zu verschmerzen, Kopenhagen hat uns entschädigt. Unbedingt müßte ein Hinweis für Senioren bzw. körperlich Beeinträchtigte darüber erfolgen, dass es keinen Aufzug in den 3. Stock gibt und höhere Türschwellen vorhanden sind.

  perfect location, 2-4 minutes from the first public transport bus, very good spots close to the apartment

  What could be improved: the washing machine was three floors beneath the apartment and it was used also by the other neighbors

  All that we needed was all in place clean and waiting. Apartment is large ,view, central but out of noisy area. They were with us all the way for what were asking them about.

  Die Wohnung liegt in einer hübschen, zentralen Wohngegend, ist geschmackvoll renoviert und grosszügig. Keine durchschnittliche Touristenabsteige, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Bei Fragen wird prompt und freundlich reagiert. Top!

  La casa è bellissima, molto accogliente e recentemente ristrutturata. Il salotto è spazioso e con una bella vista, la camera è ampia e silenziosa. Il letto è comodissimo! L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Ci sono locali, ristoranti e piccoli supermercati a pochi metri da casa. Le procedure di check in e check out sono chiare e semplici e lo staff ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda.
  
  What could be improved: L'appartamento ha una bella vista ed è molto luminoso; in salotto non ci sono tende oscuranti e per chi dovesse dormire sul divano letto in salotto potrebbe essere un problema. Comunque l'importante è munirsi di una mascherina per dormire! Il divano letto è comodo.
  Qualche dotazione in più in cucina potrebbe essere utile, anche se comunque c'è tutto il necessario.

  Betten schon bezogen. Ausreichend Handtücher. Betten und Schlafsofa sehr bequem.
  Verkehrsgeräusche werden gut durch die Schiebeglastüren gedämmt.

  What could be improved: Beim Aussuchen der Wohnung wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock ist.
  Es wurde ein Garten angekündigt, aber es handelt sich um einen Innenhof.
  Kein Balkon.
  Es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Nur wenn man Glück hat, wird ein Platz in der Straße frei. Aber den sollte man auch nur zum Aus- und Einladen nutzen, weil die Gebühren sehr hoch sind. Wir haben das Auto dann aus der „grünen Zone“ gefahren und geparkt dann kostenlos am Badestrand 7 km entfernt…
  Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Müslischalen fehlen. Toaster fehlt, ein weiterer Topf fehlt, Suppenkelle und Servierlöffel fehlen.
  Hinweise wie der Müll in Dänemark sortiert und getrennt wird wären auch sehr hilfreich.
  Um vom Innenhof wieder ins Haus zu kommen, braucht man die Türschlüssel. Da wäre ein Hinweis auch gut bevor man sich vielleicht ausschließt.
  Wir kamen aber trotzdem sehr gut zurecht. 🙂

  Pas de volet ni de rideaux dans le salon où était un canapé-lit ; réveil à 4h30 par la lumière du jour.
  Un seul jeu de clés ; 2 jeux aurait été mieux.
  Des WC séparés auraient été appreciés
