    The location is perfect! The coffee shop and facilities in the block were incredible

    Apartment was modern and spotless. The location was fantastic and a great quiet haven to retire to after long days spent in the city. Staff were fantastic. There is a bakery below the apartment as well as 3 or 4 fantastic restaurants.

    What could be improved: We had an issue on arrival but it was swiftly and professionally resolved by the property team and it didn’t impact our holiday at all. Super service.

    The appartment has great localization – 3 mins from the harbour bus stop that we used almost daily, bus stop on the other side of the building going directly to the center, grocery store, bakery and restaurant in the same complex. Super comfortable appartment, spacious, fully equipped. The owners really helpful – they provided details about everything, we had litterally no questions everything was so well explained. We had a great stay as a family of 4.

    Overall excellent. Nice location, nice view. The apartment is in very good condition and was comfortable.

    What could be improved: The light switches didn't work for 80% of the lights in the flat. The switches seem to be an electronic controller rather than simply interrupting the electricity. Many of them seem to have been broken. There were instructions about how to operate the lights (which might already be concerning) but then even after reading them multiple times and carefully applying their contents, most of the light switches did not work. Due to one or two that did work, I'm also fairly convinced that we know how they are supposed to work but that most were just broken. This is also supported by the owners providing floor lamps with separate switches. Luckily we were there when there was plenty of daylight, but when the days are shorter this could be problematic.

    It is a big apartment, located in a good place. It is easy to go to city town by water taxi. Check-in check-out are very convenient. Parking is also easy.

    What could be improved: The curtain in the bathroom can sticking to the body when bathing. The door of one bedroom should be repaired. It cannot be opened.
