  We liked Maria, the owner very much. The property was very clean, and has everything you could want: not sure about TV coverage though. Quiet, safe, internally very good
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom is small, with a very small cubicle. At my age (82) these things catch your attention. Also, the property is in the suburbs, well away from the CBD. Normally we stay dead centre wherever we go, but this was my mistake this time (cognitive decline?). However, I must emphasise that Maria is simply superb
