Quite basic facilities but beds and bed linen very comfy – great location so served it’s purpose but no extra facilities just basic stuff
What could be improved: A few extras to make the stay more comfy- no milk coffee etc or shower wash but overall goodAnne from Finland – 11 March 2024 (7/10)
What could be improved: We truly enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. Thank you! However, we just wanted to make you aware of a few possible improvements. First, the tea kettle was very calcified, to a degree that we didn’t feel comfortable using it during our stay. We tried cleaning it and left it in a better shape than it was. Second, there was no kitchen roll or salt. Third, the bathroom was quite cold and the vent over the shower could use a clean. Lastly, there were not enough power outlets in the upstairs bedroom. We weren’t able to plug in the TV or the bedside lamps, so those were not usable. It would also be nice to be able to charge phones next to the bed rather than all the way across the room at the only outlet. Nevertheless, this is list is only meant to inform you for the future. And again, thank you for everything!

Location. Lovely furniture and roomy apartment
What could be improved: Bathroom was chilly and a bit basicArnar from Iceland – 29 November 2023 (8/10)
Location
What could be improved: It took a while to find the correct metal gate at first. Instructions on where it is might be better in the description.
The bathroom was awfully cold.Toerse from Netherlands – 28 October 2023 (8/10)
The location was supurb, nearby Metro and supermarkt. The shower was nice, the beds were comfy. Silence at night.
What could be improved: The shower is in the doorway for the toilet. The lightswitch was one for all.Rajat from Netherlands – 30 September 2023 (7/10)
The location of the stay was just amazing. The overall stay was great and very comfortable. It had all the amenities that was mentioned while booking and the whole check-in and check-out process was completely contactless and was very smooth.
What could be improved: There are main two things that could have been better.
1. The bathroom and the toilet had not separation between them. If one has taken a. bath then the whole floor would be wet and then for someone to use the toilet it would be bit uncomfortable. Wish it would be taken care off as there is a rod up there but unfortunately no curtains separating.
The door handle for the toilet was very loose and was bit difficult to close the door and lock it properly.
2. The electrical sockets are in a very bad shape and especially the ones on the top are hanging out of the wall. However they provide you with the extension cord which is nice but one needs to be very careful while using it as it ft very unsafe to me.Kristina from Australia – 7 September 2023 (8/10)
Fantastic location! Comfortable well equipped property.
What could be improved: Instructions for washing machine. Shower curtain missing from bathroom which led to everything very wet in bathroom. Bathroom sink tap needs attention. No seperate lights in bathroom, extension cords to nowhere!Alison from Australia – 26 August 2023 (7/10)
The location could not have been better. It was great and so central to everything – sights, train station, supermarkets, restaurants. The apartment was adequately appointed. Decor pleasant.
What could be improved: The shower in the bathroom had no screen so the whole bathroom got wet. You could not leave sponge bags or towels in there. The lighting system was not set up well. For the main lights downstairs to be working they had to be all on. The individual light switches did not work. The electrical wiring looked unsafe and several power points were dislodged from the wall. Our Australian adaptors did not fit into some of the power points. We could not use the kettle as the lining was peeling off – we boiled water in a saucepan! There was no plug in the kitchen sink. The main bedroom downstairs did not have an external window, instead it had a window (clear glass) overlooking the living room – not so private! The TV was in the main bedroom as well (not so convenient) and cords were across the floor creating a tripping hazard. We felt it was not value for money.Joyce from United States – 20 July 2023 (8/10)
Very convenient location, close to all the sights in Copenhagen. Clean, attractive, spacious unit with laundry facilities.
What could be improved: Bathroom was a bit small – shower did not have curtain or doors, so everything gets wet in there – including sink and toilet. Fan is not that strong, so it stays damp in there unless you wipe it down yourself.
