    It was a really good size, we all fit very comfortably

    What could be improved: It was a bit tricky with 12 girls and 2 bathrooms. With one’s entrance through one of the bedrooms.
    There was quite a lot of wear and tear, so it didn’t feel that clean.

    Self check in was a great option for us since our flight was very late and we were able to check in without any additional arrangements with the host. The flat is huge! Very spacious and with natural light. We were 2 families with 4 kids and there was plenty of space for the kids to play around. The location

    What could be improved: The en-suite bathroom smells very heavy. Basically the attached bedroom cannot be used due to the smell. The host should do something for the drainage.

    Die Lage und die Loge ist einfach perfekt. Sicherlich nicht ausgestattet um viel zu kochen aber das Nötigste ist vorhanden und bei dieser Lager hat es genügend Restaurants in der Nähe. Top, würde wieder gehen.

    What could be improved: Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus, war auch kein Problem ein Platz zu finden, sind aber recht teuer.

    Das Apartment hat eine gute Ausstattung mit komfortablen Betten, hochwertigem Mobiliar und besticht insgesamt durch großzügig geschnittene Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, die zudem sehr hell sind. Haushalts- und Küchengeräte zudem vorhanden, auch der Vermieter war telefonisch erreichbar.

    What could be improved: Die Badezimmer könnten aufgewertet werden, zudem sehr geringer Wasserdruck der Duschen.
    Leider war die Ankunftssituation suboptimal, da die Box an der Eingangstür mit dem Schlüssel leer war. Dieser wurde dann durch Zufall durch eine Reinigungskraft ausgehändigt. Zudem war nur 1 Schlüssel vorhanden, dies steht bei einem Apartment für 12 Personen nicht im Verhältnis.

    The apartment is ideally located near the city center. Bed were excellent. A lot of space for 9 people.

    What could be improved: Bathrooms need a refresh. Some additional equipment in the kitchen would be nice (toaster, strainer…).

    La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de la estación de tren y metro de Osterport. Está también cerca de casi todos los lugares de interés de Copenhague, a los que puedes ir andando en un pase de entre 15 y 20 minutos.
    El apartamento tiene cinco dormitorios con camas dobles extragrandes. Son bastante cómodas. Tiene calefacción en todas.

    What could be improved: Los baños, sobre todo las duchas, están deterioradas, incluso parecen sucias.
    En la cocina se echan de menos algunos utensilios mas, como alguna sartén adicional y un tostador de pan.
    Los acabados del reacondicionamiento dejan mucho que desear, aún hay cinta de carrocero en algunas ventanas y muebles, la instalación eléctrica está mal acabada; no funcionan todas las lámparas.

    the structure of the apartment is really nice. But the management was bad. They didn't know how to handle the big problems related to the cleaning of the apartment in the slightest

    What could be improved: the apartment was covered in plaster dust resulting from a recent whitewash. Dust on all furniture, floors and fabrics. Beds full of bed bugs. General filth. Informed the property by mail (they never answered the phone) they promised us a cleaning which was not carried out. Luckily Booking guaranteed us a partial refund. Upon arrival we were also locked in the elevator and had to call the fire brigade to get out. Accidents happen but there was a total lack of assistance
