    The room was spotlessly clean. The code system works properly even for a first timer. It is in prime location, you can walk pretty much to the most of the tourist attractions. It's on M2 metro line which means direct connection with airport. The suburban trains also stop in front of the building which is another advantage of the location. The trendy market is just around the corner where you can eat fresh local delicates.

    What could be improved: There is a construction going on in the neighbouring building which causes some noise during daytime on weekdays.

    The accommodation environment and kitchen equipment are complete. It is very close to the Metro, train and bus station, and is within walking distance of the main attractions. It is very convenient!

    What could be improved: The apartment is located in a lively area, and the room type faces the road. It is inevitable that there will be vibrating music from the bar at night. In addition, the building next door is under construction and there may be construction noise in the morning. Once the construction is completely completed, it will be a great and convenient place to stay.

    Amazing location just metres from metro which made transfer from airport a dream. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Even though we were in central location night times were quiet. Communication via email was easy and responses generated quickly. Bag storage on check out meant we could enjoy our last day in the beautiful city without luggage slowing us down. 💙

    What could be improved: Water pressure in shower a little low but to be expected given we were on the top floor.

    Location was sensational. Right next to a key metro and train station, and around the corner from an amazing food market. The apartment was everything we needed to be self-catered and enjoy everything Copenhagen has to offer.

    What could be improved: I gave this property a high rating but the lift button for level 0 failed to work for half a day. The Facilities team were on it and had it fixed quickly.

    Great location — easy access to transportation hub, sights, etc.
    Well thought-out finish/furnishings — condition of unit seemed brand new
    Customer Service team did an excellent job communicating prior to, during, and post our visit — they were there every step of the way checking-in on our requirements. Kudos to the team.

    Everything. The property is well located in central Copenhagen, within walking distance of most main Copenhagen's attractions – apart from Tivoli, which can be reached by a short metro ride from the station just opposite the property. There are supermarkets and a really nice bakery in the vicinity of the apartment. Inside the property, the kitchen is fully equipped and the size of the rooms is generous. We found our beds, including the sofa bed, comfortable and clean. The whole check-in and check-out process is digital, but communication with the staff was excellent, both prior to and during our stay. The property also offers lockers for luggage until 11 pm on the day of checkout. Totally recommended.

    What could be improved: Suggest installing a safe deposit box to enhance further the property's attraction.
