  The location of the property is great and close to public transportation. The apartment is quite large and good value. The host was also very quick at responding to my messages and was as helpful as they could be.
  
  What could be improved: One of the toilets didn't work and there were not enough towels for us to use. We tried finding extra towels and there were none. There was also quite a bit of dust and even some mold in the bathroom.

  The apartment's location is perfect for visiting Copenhagen. We had an issue with a heating failure. Fortunately, the host gave us a fast and good response and we were able to warm the living room and kitchen with an electric heater and the wood fireplace. Highly recommended, thank you!"

  The apartment was very spacious and neatly maintained. Kids called it a puzzle house due to the many doors 😂. The daily needs were well met. Very close to the centre. Has a small children's play area in the garden which was good.
  
  What could be improved: It was 3 floors up with no lift and it was not mentioned during booking. Was difficult to go up and down with luggage and elderly parents.
  
  Parking is for a price. Not on the property and is mostly never available nearby. Had to park and walk quite long but that's usual for copenhagen 🙄😏.
