  Really well located hotel, delicious breakfast with a great choice, also a 'proper' coffee machine for that all important morning coffee! 'Wine hour' was a lovely idea, also the little gift you could have instead of daily housekeeping (so much better for the environment). Really friendly staff, discreet yet helpful. Clean and comfortable room – bit on the small side – but nevertheless excellent bathroom and comfortable bed.

  But I took a short stroll on my own within the neighbourhood and it was unsettling because of all the beggars, sex workers and drug dealers.

  Room was cozy but more than sufficient for one person. It was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, as was the all day fruit bowl, and tea/coffee station. The complimentary drink in the evening was the cherry on the top. Location was perfect – a great spot to access what Copenhagen has to offer, close to transport, and the old town.

  Excellent proximity to Copenhagen Main Station – a couple of minutes walk. Excellent diverse breakfast. Love the all day coffee and honesty bar. Happy hour was an unexpected treat. Quiet room. Close to restaurants catering for all budgets.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun decor. Very good breakfast. Reachable by train from the airport (staff provided excellent instructions). Junior suite (our room) was spacious and had comfortable bed and very spacious, upgraded bathroom. Quiet, even though the hotel is located in a bustling area. Windows open for fresh air, if desired. Nicely decorated and comfortable main floor with wine happy hour.
  
  What could be improved: Three front steps make it difficult to get heavy luggage in and out, and steps had no handrail.
