  Die Aussicht ist toll, Wasserbus 5 Min., Bus 10 Min und U-Bahn 20 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren hauptsächlich mit dem Wasserbus unterwegs. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind auch 5 Min. entfernt. Wir konnten auch früher in die Wohnung. Schlüssel sind in einer Schlüsselbox. Wenn man sich ein Fahrrad ausleiht ist man in etwa 15-20 Minuten im Zentrum. Neues Wohnviertel mit interessanter Architektur
  
  What could be improved: Als wir ankamen lief noch der Trockner, was grundsätzlich kein Probleme wäre wenn das Bad eine Lüftung hätte. Die Wohnung hatte 27 Grad (und das im März) und keine AirCondition. Auf der Suche nach der Kaffeemaschine sind wir erstmal auf ein verdrecktes Backblech gestossen. Nach einiger Diskussion mit dem Vermieter kaufte dieser dann eine Kaffeemaschine, die wir dann in einem Shop mit 20 Min. Fußmarsch abholen sollten, er lies sich dann aber überzeugen einen Kurier zu schicken. Die nächste Überraschung war das aufblasbare Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer für die 4. Person. Hier hat uns dann nur die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer gerettet. Obwohl man das Gefühl hat, das die Wohnung für die Vermietung nicht fertig ist, sind schon einige Dinge kaputt. Im Bad fängt es auch schon an zu schimmeln. Beim zweiten Schlafzimmer kann man das Rollo nicht mehr hochziehen und hat somit auch nichts mehr von der Aussicht. Balkon vorhanden allerdings ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Fazit: Für 4 Erwachsene, die nicht im Wohnzimmer schlafen möchten, ist die Wohnung nicht wirklich geeignet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Einzig die Aussicht hat zur gute Laune beigetragen

  Appartament is a real gem of Copenhagen. Very bright with spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Looks like in the pictures and even better. Great terrace.
  Very comfortable.
  Host is very responsive and kind. Excellent communication.
  Good location if you have conference or exhibition in Bella centre (bus stop near the house, 3 km by feet through the park).
  I would definatelly come back again!
