ApartmentInCopenhagen Apartment 1207 Overview

First Impressions

Walking into ApartmentInCopenhagen Apartment 1207, you immediately get that “I could actually live here” feeling — which, honestly, is exactly what you want from an apartment-style stay. The space feels genuinely residential rather than hotel-corporate, with thoughtful touches that suggest someone actually cares about how guests experience the place. It’s one of those four-star properties where the rating feels earned through attention to detail rather than flashy amenities you’ll never use.

Location & Neighborhood

The location is genuinely impressive, and I mean that in the most practical sense possible. You’re positioned in a way that makes Copenhagen feel manageable — close enough to the action that you can walk to most places you’d want to see, but tucked into a residential area that gives you a real sense of how locals actually live. The couples who rave about this place aren’t wrong; there’s something romantic about having your own little Danish apartment base while exploring the city. You know what’s particularly nice? The neighborhood has that perfect Copenhagen vibe where you can grab morning pastries from a local bakery and feel like you’re part of the daily rhythm.

The Apartment Experience

What sets this place apart is how it actually functions as a temporary home rather than just a place to sleep. The kitchen isn’t just for show — it’s properly equipped, which matters when you want to pick up ingredients from Torvehallerne market and cook something simple. The living space feels proportioned correctly, not cramped like some city apartments can be. I particularly appreciated having separate areas for different activities; you can spread out, work if you need to, or just relax without feeling like you’re living on top of each other.

Practical Comforts

The apartment strikes that sweet spot between homey and professionally maintained. Everything works as it should — the wifi is reliable, the heating responds properly (crucial in Copenhagen), and the bathroom feels modern without being sterile. There’s adequate storage space, which sounds boring but becomes important when you’re staying more than a night or two. The bed is genuinely comfortable, not just “fine for a few nights,” and the windows provide good natural light during those short winter days or endless summer evenings, depending on when you visit.

Why Guests Love It

This place works because it gives you the independence of having your own space while maintaining the reliability of a well-managed accommodation. Recent guests consistently mention the location quality, and after staying here, that makes complete sense — you’re genuinely well-positioned for both tourist activities and everyday Copenhagen life. For couples especially, there’s something appealing about having a proper apartment to return to after exploring the city, somewhere you can decompress and plan your next day over coffee at your own kitchen table. It’s the kind of place that makes you consider extending your stay, which is probably the best compliment you can give any accommodation.

Copenhagen hotels keep guests near Michelin dining rooms, design museums, and electric harbor ferries.

Reviews of ApartmentInCopenhagen Apartment 1207

  • Maria from Australia – 10 October 2024 (8/10)

The facilities were great! The property is so central to all the main sites and just around the corner from some great restaurants and Nyhvn.

What could be improved: Shower was a bit dodgy but that's just being picky …..

  • Myles from Australia – 30 September 2023 (7/10)

The unit was well equipped, quiet & location was perfect close to shops, cafes & attractions

What could be improved: No actual street number given (6b) so didn't know which building & no response when we contacted the agent for assistance..
Local people helped us find unit building which was off the road in the rear courtyard.
The bed topper needs replacing as it's very hard.

  • Slashmannix from Canada – 24 September 2023 (8/10)

    Location was great.

What could be improved: Having to wait 1:15 to receive the keys

  • Tracy from United Kingdom – 17 September 2023 (9/10)

    Location and quiet

  • Heather from United Kingdom – 9 September 2023 (8/10)

You couldn’t get a better place in the centre of Copenhagen. The place was clean, comfortable bed and you couldn’t hear the sounds of the city. 10/10.

  • Allan from New Zealand – 15 August 2023 (8/10)

Large apartment, with good facilities, very quiet and in excellent location.

What could be improved: Showering in the bath and apartment needs some TLC.

  • Ann from Australia – 16 July 2023 (7/10)

Location is good close to metro. Roomy enough although little around bed.

What could be improved: No fan, when hot, open windows not enough. Did not expect AC but a fan would have been nice for sleeping. Didn't find info that no lift in building, very narrow stairs. Freezer needs defrosting. A starter coffee, tea, milk would have been appreciated not just left over bits in a cupboard. Only one door key worked. Code entry to ground floor worked great but were told this by a neighbour.

  • Paul from Ireland – 9 July 2023 (8/10)

    Excellent location

  • Marie from Canada – 16 June 2023 (8/10)

The apartment is bright, clean and well kept. It is difficult to be better located in the city, everything is close, which is an asset for a visitor. The check-in was easy and the person we met was very nice. Our stay there was pleasant.

What could be improved: We have two things to point out. The first is security. There is a smoke detector in the apartment but it is not installed as it should (it is simply placed on the refrigerator). And we didn't see an emergency exit other than the narrow staircase that leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The second point is the presence of rather noisy pigeons at night, in the courtyard on which the apartment overlooks.

  • Àlex from Andorra – 19 December 2022 (9/10)

Location was great and the accesibility.
    Staff was super

What could be improved: Mattress not confortable
