  Bel emplacement avec vue sur le lac.
  L'appartement est spacieux.
  La cuisine est bien équipée.
  
  What could be improved: Un ménage plus approfondi est vraiment indispensable : sol de la salle de bain, toilettes, poussière, 2 fours sales, lave-vaisselle non vidé, canapés tâchés et malodorants, oreillers sales.
  L'adresse n'est pas complète dans les indications. Le seul moyen d'y arriver est d'utiliser l'itinéraire GPS.

  God beliggenhed til alt. Veludstyret lejlighed som fremstod sim en bolig som blev benyttet som bolig
  
  What could be improved: Der kunne godt bruges lidt ekstra tid til en grundig rengøring. Ovnene var meget beskidte og der var madrester fra ejer eller tidligere lejer i køleskab. Derudover var der fluer i rullegardin i soveværelse og i det andet værelse skulle vi selv opsætte gardinet.

  Location was fabulous, close to the bus route into town, not far from the metro. The flat was spacious and the decor was interesting. Lovely big windows with super views of the water and gorgeous leafy surroundings. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Appreciated the excellent communication with the letting agent.
  
  What could be improved: While the main bedroom was fine, though the linens could be better, the second bedroom was more like a cupboard filled with the owner's belongings so that it felt cluttered. The bed was very uncomfortable and, while it would be ok for a child, not fit for an adult. The whole flat was more like an airbnb where the owner still lives there! Unfortunately there is a moth problem here, we kept everything in our cases!

  The location and views of the waterway are exceptional. Within easy walking distance of the old town sites, shopping restaurants etc. The apartment has an easy flow to the floorplan. It is nice having 1 1/2 baths as well.
