  Beautiful view, the temperature in the house was perfect even if the weather was cold, nice neighborhood, very close to the metro station (easy to walk with the kids), near to the beach. They had a lot of games and some toys so it was perfect for the kids.

  The apartment is located in a new building in a new neighborhood near the sea and about 15 minutes' walk from Oresund metro station. The airport and the center are 4 metro stops away on line 2.
  The view of the sea and the bridge connecting Copenhagen and Denmark to Malmö and Sweden is stunning.
  The apartment is furnished with everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: There was no microwave in the kitchen.

  So near to the airport but didn’t feel like you were on its doorstep. Near to the sea and amenities. Lovely and quiet. Child-friendly. Beautiful view from balcony!!
  
  What could be improved: The shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor quite easily but not too much of an issue as easily cleaned up.

  Comfortable apartment in newly build building. It is in last (6th floor), elevator is available.
  Nice view from balcony to Øresund and Malmö. 6 min walk distance to metro and shop (LIDL). 10 min walk distance to beach. Kitchen has all the basic equipment (except coffee machine), in bathroom is even washing machine and dryer.
  TV, fast WiFi etc..
  
  What could be improved: Note the rule about security deposit: Upon arrival credit card information is required to cover security deposit of 1000 Euro. This must be the same credit card as the one that was used for to book the property. Nothing will be charged or blocked unless there are damages.

  Fantastic apartment, beautiful view, complete comfort!
  
  The apartment is located next to the sea in a modern building, there is an elevator, and a small playground next to the building.
  Copenhagen's beach and a larger grocery store are also a 5-minute walk away. The metro station is a few minutes' walk away, and the city center is 10 minutes away by metro.
  The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet. I can just suggest to you!
  Handing over the keys is problem-free, a warm welcome!

  The view from the property was beautiful. The accommodations were very comfortable. Restaurants, the beach, and grocery were in east walking distance. The city was a short tact ride. Great experience!
  
  What could be improved: This is more about the listing – the address was not on the listing so we had to call the management company for the street address. The management company was very helpful.
