The windows let in that beautiful Nordic light, and you know what? The soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re in the city center. I was expecting street noise but slept perfectly well.   Loved the location of the property, and the apartment itself was ideal. Perfect for what we wanted. Cannot recommend this place enough for the location! We found everything in the apartment was very suitable for 4, but would be a bit tricky with 6 having to put up beds etc in the living room.
  
  What could be improved: The residents living next door were extremely noisy, partying until 12.30am for 2 nights. Less than ideal with children. The host went above and beyond trying to rectify this, they couldn't have done anymore to help. They were very much available 24/7 and even called me to see how it was going with the noise. The building itself has quiet hours from 9pm but the noise was from the resident building attached. Very frustrating but cannot fault the service and what Nest did to try and sort it out. It may have just been an unfortunate timing, as I haven't read other reviews about noise on here.

  Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Easy self-access and nice that we code enter via codes instead of carrying keys.
  
  What could be improved: Minor but we were three adults (clearly stated on reservation) and arrived to only find two sets of towels. It would have been nice if this was addressed before arrival.

  Fabulous location right in the middle of the main city area and shops. Easy access to everything and a very short walk from Gammel Strand station. Apartment was large and spacious with more than enough room for 2 adults and two kids including large living room and kitchen/dining area.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom sink was blocked upon our arrival but the hosts were fantastic is arranging a cleaner to attend to it within 24 hours. Kitchen is well fitted out, a toaster would have been handy though. The apartment is well heated with in floor heating however it was too hot and we could t get the temp to lower so ended up opening windows to cool the place down.
