  The apartment was well equipped, a couple of beers and some wine provided on arrival was a nice touch. We did come back to a leak under the bathroom sink after the first day and there was a broken lamp in one bedroom. The location is great, very central. Perfect for visitors. Casper who met us to check in was very informative and gave us some really useful tips, much appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: I couldn't recommend this apartment, however, as the upstairs apartment which is privately owned are very inconsiderate. We were holidaying with our two kids. At about 11pm, the flat upstairs started playing music at full volume. After about 30 minutes, I went upstairs and knocked the door to ask if they could turn it down a bit. No response, in fact the music got louder. It carried on until around 0430 am. None of us got any sleep. The second evening there was sporadic loud music, thankfully it finished around 1 am. It completely ruined our visit to Copenhagen. The neighbours are completely inconsiderate so I wouldn't advise booking the apartment if you want any sleep. A real shame as the apartment itself is great.

  Fantastic location and nice, large property. Three out of the four bathrooms were away from the busy shopping street, so they were quiet. Bedrooms are generally large and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen could have been better stocked for people who plan to do a fair amount of cooking, for example there wasn't a can opener. That said, I'm sure at one time the kitchen was well stocked but items probably "walked off". Also, the shower in the small bathroom is not the most spacious and the water pressure from the shower head in the large bathroom was weak.

  Very well equipped with good amenities – washing machine, dryer, oven, cutlery etc.

  Large apartment in a perfect location! Couldn’t fault this accommodation. Well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

  Zelo prostoren apartma, odlična lokacija sredi mesta. Zelo udobne postelje in polno založena kuhinja (oprema in osnovne sestavine). Ker smo prišli do apartmaja premočeni od dežja, smo bili še posebej veseli sušilnega stroja in fena.
  
  What could be improved: Brez dvigala (kar smo vedeli vnaprej in za nas ni bila težava).
  
  Bi bili veseli, če bi bilo mogoče v apartmaju ali kje drugje pri gostitelju pustiti prtljago, kar pa razumemo, da ni bilo mogoče in je gostitelj odlično pomagal z nasvetom, kje lahko to uredimo.

  Appartamento accogliente,luminoso, pulito, ampio. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Siamo stati in sei, famiglia con figli e coppia di amici, ma si presta ad accogliere anche 10 persone. Il bagno interno ad una camera è molto grande con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Tutte le camere hanno armadi, cassetti, consolle. La cucina con la sua penisola è altamente conviviale. Il living ha un altro ampio tavolo per otto/dieci ed un divano chaise long. La posizione è centralissima, fantastica per visitare la città e fare shopping. Nonostante la via sia trafficata, la casa è silenziosissima. Il rumore maggiormente sentito è dato dal calpestio del parquet😀. Un grazie a Casper che ci ha aiutato ed ha sempre risposto via whatsapp anche in video!
  
  What could be improved: La doccia del secondo bagno: troppo piccola, sarebbe meglio togliere la tenda, e sostituirla con un vetro, servono maggiori informazioni di aiuto all'uso del miscelatore della doccia perchè di difficile gestione, manca il bidet.Le finestre sono basse e non hanno protezione: è necessario prestare attenzione quando si aprono, soprattutto se vi sono bimbi tra gli ospiti.
  Per il resto tutto ok.
