  Very nice apartment overall, would absolutely stay here again.
  Perfect location, close to Metro and in walking distance to many attractions and shopping.
  Very comfortable beds.
  Spacious apartment with dishwasher.
  
  What could be improved: No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom.
  The wifi did not work.
  Not enough coffee and difficult to find the right kind in shops.
  It was possible to order coffee from the hosts which we did not try, so maybe that would have solved the issue.
  Only one key and not possible to open the door downstairs from the apartment which is on the top floor.

  Good central location. Large and clean apartment, but can be noisy especially early morning with cleaning/delivery trucks
  
  What could be improved: Management company was not helpful. The blind in one of the bedrooms was broken when we arrived. Sunrise was 4.30am so it’s very annoying with no coverage on the window. After many emails/messages, they requested photos etc, no one came to fix it for the 3 days we stayed. Also internet was not working, management asked us to get a SIM card from 7/11 and would reimburse (we didn’t get one as I have no faith they would reimburse)

  Lovely spacious apartment, well furnished and clean.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs are steep at the end of a long day walking but by no means a deal breaker.
  No microwave, would have been useful but not essential.

  The location of the apartment is the best possible one, super close to metro station (like 3/4 min walk) and also super well positioned in relation to the city center. Perfect for tourists who want to visit Copenhagen.
  
  What could be improved: I would say that the rooms are a bit small and the inconvenience of having just 1 bathroom for the entire 3 bedrooms apartment. Never the less, these details are presented from the early beginning (so we knew what we will find). It's more like a suggestion for next visitors to keep this in mind – not really a complaint 🙂

  I liked everything. The apartment felt like home immediately. The reason why I chose this place was the number of sofas in the living room. So after a tiring day, we all (5 people) could sit and relax comfortably.
  
  What could be improved: The staircase that takes you to the apartment (not the one inside) is quite steep. Also, the living room windows were dirty, which is strange because all the other ones were immaculately clean. The apartment in general was very clean too. Also, I could not figure out how the TV worked.

  Layout was great for a group. Double beds were small so doesn’t comfortably sleep 8. One bathroom for 8 people is a bit tricky!

  What could be improved: 1. As active friends all over 70 we were appalled when we saw the narrow winding stairs to the apartment. We should have been warned before booking.
  2. The stairs to the bedrooms were dangerous without bannisters. They would have been illegal in Australia
  3. There should have been at least 2 sets of keys

  The location was awesome. The apartment was good too.
  
  What could be improved: Stairs are stiff. So very difficult to climb up if you have heavy luggage. Check in instruction is a bit complicated. It could have been simpler.
