  Beautiful, spacious and well maintained apartment (number 2.2) with all necessary amenities. There are three double beds plus two extra folding beds. However, there is only one bathroom which might not be sufficient for more than four guests. The flat is conveniently located in the pedestrian area next to Strøget, the famous shopping mile.
  
  What could be improved: The hosts' communication could have been clearer. I had to ask for the access code shortly before arrival although it had been announced earlier that I would receive it 48 hours prior to arrival. Then I had to ask for the apartment code as the first message only contained the building code. It all came within 20 minutes. The apartment code turned out to be wrong so I finally had to ring the office and got a new one. We were advised to bring earplugs (it might get noisy at the weekend) and told that there were no elevators only after we'd made the nonrefundable payment. In the end it was all very much to our satisfaction. Still I wonder why they wouldn't pass this information on immediately after booking.

  Excellent location, with many shopping streets and sights nearby.
  Hosts are attentive and quickly respond to booking.com messages.
  The flat (gorgeous penthouse apartment) was clean and provided all the listed amenities.
  
  What could be improved: Only one bathroom can be a bit challenging for larger groups.

  Brilliant location. Very quiet at night. Very friendly. Liked the layout.

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment.
  It’s well-sized with a comfy couch, a complete kitchen, and big living room.
  The spacious bedroom was a real plus.
  The apartment was well-isolated from outside noise.
  Located right in the city center, it’s perfect for exploring while still offering a peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

  It was a spacious flat. The master bedroom is large the second bedroom is a little small for 2 people. Great couch. Loads of windows and a fantastic location. Well laid out and very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: There was only 1 bathroom but we managed. The terrace is shared so the kid next door was looking in the windows. No microwave and we ran out of toilet paper. Had to buy more as we had 2 more days. 4 people 2 rolls is not enough for a 4 days. More towels would help as well. Fridge wasn't working properly.
