The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything – many restaurants nearby, nice and safe neighborhood, walking distance to two grocery stores for basic supplies. And an easy walk to and from the train station for our arrival and departure. We walked to Tivoli, to the CanalBoat tour at Nyhavn, it was great.
What could be improved: Just the bathroom was not awesome – one of those fun ones where you can sit on the toilet and take a shower at the same time. It was clean and it was fine, just very small.Marilyn from Australia – 7 June 2024 (9/10)
The location was great. Apartment was up 3 flights of stairs.
I didn't like how they asked for a copy of your passport by email, like now they have all of my personal data 🙃 is that normal policy for a booking.

The property was clean and well equipped with all that we needed for a short city stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious.
What could be improved: The bathroom is very small and everything got wet whenever anyone took a shower.

Apartment was warm and cosy and bedrooms very spacious. Area was a little way out from the centre. But within 10 / 15 mins we were in the thick of it. So, close enough. There is a delicious fish restaurant at the end of the road I’d recommend. (Hooked) And also a Lidl not far away. So handy for provisions…
Was good the all accesses were through codes…no keys to misplace!! although we did have a little difficulty with the front gate a few times. But we’re let in by someone coming out.
Apartment was quiet too – apart from the bin men! But a perfect place to stay for three of us.
What could be improved: It seems a shame that with it being a spacious apartment, the bathroom is so small! And very basic. However, the shower itself was lovely and warm and powerful so we got used to it. Toiletries were provided which was a nice touch. A microwave may have been useful. But not essential. It was a very spacious appartment, with nice details and decoration. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfy. The location was perfect! Close to the central station and metro. And in the area there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The apartment is great. Spacious, comfortable beds and facilities, unique and easy to access all important sight seeing locations. A definite recommendation and I would use it again in the future. Money well spent and all worth it.
What could be improved: As we arrived late at night with kids and elderly members of the family, the main gate did not open due to lock issues. It took nearly an hour for someone to call me back as to guide me how to access the property, And the person on the line behaved like a robot, reading the instructions from the email they have sent me.
Tips for people: Make sure you push hard on the lock as to open the main gate; Make sure once you punch the codes, you turn the little locker to the left (not to the right)
Tips for the company that manages the apartment: Make sure you show the call center personnel an actual picture and real description of the buildings and surroundings as they are redundant if they only read from scripts that customers have themselves. Location in Vesterboro was ideal. Very secure apartment, with good instructions it was no trouble getting in. Spacious apartment, well decorated in modern style. Large dining area which was good for breakfasts with our friends.
What could be improved: Bathroom was quite small, more like a wet room where the floor would get entirely soaked (I don't think this is unusual in Nordics, just need to make sure you dry floor or have shoes on after a shower)

The area is really vibrant, close to the city center and Central Station. The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped to cook meals– which is handy, since Copenhagen can be a very expensive place
