    Very nice location, spacious and comfortable apartment, nice bedding, clean, quiet, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, walking distance to metro and bus station.Recomended for longer or short accomodation in Kopenhagen

    What could be improved: the only one thing to bear in mind before you book that appartment is located on 5th floor and there is no elevator.

    Check-in was fully explained in writing, which made it a lot easier. We use a password for the lock box to get the door keys. The door still had a password on the handle, however, the door was locking, every time we arrived it was a hassle to open the door as the handle latch was stuck and it took a long time to open. The location and neighbourhood are good. The metro and bus stops are close by. There are also 2 supermarkets and restaurants.
    The apartment was recently renovated but the heating system was weak or strangled, not heating enough. I recommend it for just a couple who have meals outside the apartment, as it is a good value for money.

    What could be improved: Few kitchen utensils. There was no refractory to use the oven or microwave. There was no sandwich maker or toaster.
    – There was no rest for plates or cutlery.
    – There were no glasses, just mugs and glasses.
    The apartment was recently renovated but the heating system was weak or strangled, not heating enough. I recommend it for just a couple who have meals outside the apartment, as it is a good value for money.

    Nice layout and decor.
    I left a review for this place as soon as I got home. It was a positive review, because the facility was great. But then the hosts turned into stalkers, so I am having to amend my review.

    What could be improved: Ever since departing this apartment I have received non-stop messages from the company asking me to leave a review, even though I had already left one the day after I checked out. I explained this to the hosts, but the apparently did not see my message, as they continued to send me requests for a review every few days. I've messaged them again and again, asking them to stop, and even reported them to Booking.com, but they continue to harass me. Do not stay at this property if you don't want to be harassed without recourse.

    We loved the size, location and interior design of the apartment.

    What could be improved: We had not expected to have to climb 5 steep floors up to reach the apartment. There is no lift.
    The apartment could have been cleaner. Upon arrival we found a hairball in one of the bedrooms, to give an example. Some of the door handles kept dropping off and there was no information booklet or welcome pack.

    metro nearby handy for the city and airport but we were able to walk to most attractions.

    What could be improved: nothing to particularly dislike but would just mention apartment is on the top floor with no lift so
