  This hotel was really the best choice for visiting Copenaghen, they were actually under renovation but they told us very on time and they did their best to make us feel comfortable and replace all the services missing. The staff was really nice and helpful.
  The hotel was in the best position for visiting everything, 8 minutes walking from two metro stations and right behind the royal park and rosenborg castle!
  
  What could be improved: If I really have to find something to say the bed was really uncomfortable ma I think that we are just used to different types of beds, for the rest everything was perfect and I really recommend it!!

  Comfortable bed, great sized bathroom. Clean, fabulous location close to Rosenborg Castle and gardens. Good breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff. Loved the 24/7 tea and coffee, and the 5-7pm happy hour.
  
  What could be improved: Our room was next to stairs, so when being used, (rarely most people used the lift). There was a bit of noise. .

  Fantastic location, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Kai the night porter.
  Free 24hr tea and coffee in the lounge area was a lovely touch (sometimes with croissants if you were lucky!). And an honesty box to help yourself to beer, wine and spirits was nice. There was also a record player and games in the sitting room area of the lounge which we enjoyed one night. Bedroom and bathroom both a decent size and clean.
  
  The general hotel prices in Copenhagen aren’t the cheapest, but for the fantastic, central location of Christian IV, I would say it was definitely worth it.
  
  What could be improved: Our room was very close to the lift and stairs and although we didn’t get much foot traffic coming past the room, the whirring of the lift was audible. The hotel was coming to the end of refurbishments too so then stairwell area looked a work in progress. Should be good though once finished (due May 2024).

  Great location. Free tea & coffee & wine (5-7) a bonus. Single rooms were tiny. No kettle or safe in room. Reception allowed us to use their safe which was good.

  It was a good hotel room with really good staff.
  
  What could be improved: The plumbing needs some maintenance. The toilet did not work well, so I had to use an excessive amount of water. The water also splashed out of the shower, to an area with no darinage.

  Good location, all sights are within walking distance. The staff is really nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The building is quite old, however they partially already renovated it. Overall a good experience, I would recommend it to my friends and family.
  
  What could be improved: Our bathroom was quite old, without any ventillation. The shower did not have a tray, so the whole area was wet after we had a shower.
