    Great location. Super near to the heart of the city. Metro/Train/Supermarket/Cafe/Parks are very close. Quite large, spacious, roomy apartment. Cosy, restful, clean furnitures/bed/pillow/towels. Lighting and design of the rooms are very nicely thought out. Bathroom with underfloor heating. Using keycodes while entering apartment is very helpful for numerous guests.

    What could be improved: It would be nice to have cleaning service every 2 or 3 days free of charge. No elevators. I guess because of wood paneling you could hear steps of your upstairs neighbours.

    Excellent location within walking distance to shopping restaurants bars and museums

    What could be improved: The construction at 7 am every morning right outside the apartment. That it was listed as having 4 queen beds and one bedroom had bunk beds. Awkward having to walk through bedrooms to get the the others which has some privacy issues. No air conditioning.

    It was an amazing place to stay, just as in the pictures… Immaculate!
    The children loved it and the rooms are interconnected so with the kids it was amazing that they felt so close to us.

    What could be improved: only issue was there was no lift and its on the 3rd floor… BUT … you only carry the luggage twice and its easier going down the second time 🙂

    The rooms were ok

    What could be improved: The entire experience has been shocking to say the least. The apartment was advertised as having 2 bathrooms even though there is only 1 bathroom. The condition of the bathroom was horrifying! Absolutely filthy, with mould along every line of grout. To top it all, the bathrooms sink would not drain and started leaking as well. We were so upset we contacted the property ( who were sooo slow to respond) and finally left the day we arrived because there was just no way we could manage with the bathroom. We immediately checked into a nearby hotel, which was super expensive since the booking was last minute. As of the date of this review, which is 10 days after I stayed there, the property refuses to confirm that they will give me a full refund for my stay, which is the minimum that I expect. The excuse? “Our finance department is overloaded, and there are customers waiting for refunds for over a month!” I told them I can wait for a refund if you can put it in writing that I will receive a refund, but they refuse to say anything about it. At this point I’m not sure if this stay, managed by Nest collection, is even a legitimate listing. I hope booking.com can intervene and provide some level of protection to customers booking through you.

    The flat was beautiful, spacious and had a luxurious feel. We were 5 and everybody had their own rooms.

    What could be improved: The remote controls for tv were missing. In the master bedroom was heavy perfume scent, had to keep the windows open. The signs from the doors were ripped off, so at the beginning it was unclear which was our flat, even the floors were not numbered.

    Some art on the wall was badly hanged and was tilted. The living room rug was wrong side up. Tictactoe parts were missing… the devil is in details…
