  Die Lage war hervorragend. Zwischen Flughafen und City, aber ohne Fluglärm, Mit Metro oder Leihfahrrad schnell im Zentrum, nur 800 m am Amager-Strand. Wir hatten Super-Wetter und konnten den Strand ausgiebig genießen.

  The apartment is convenient to get to, and the kitchen great and well equipped. Big enough for 1 person comfortably.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is up several flights of stairs so if you have mobility issues this may not be the best. It was quite warm so a fan would have been nice as it made sleeping uncomfortable, and the linens for the bed and floor mat could be cleaner.

  Great location close to the beach and airport, access to a kitchen and a lovely bathroom with lots of natural light. Beach is absolutely beautiful, the location is sooooo good !!!
  
  What could be improved: The property requires a 300 euro deposit which is more than the cost of the room – this was strange for me because I had already paid in full and was only staying for one night. I got my full deposit back, but now I have 300 euro which I don't need, and will cost me to exchange back to pounds. This means the overall cost of the trip is higher. You're also met in person by the owner to be given the room code which feels a bit strange.

  Das Apartment eignet sich perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen. Mit der Metro ist man vom Hauptbahnhof / von der Innenstadt in 20 Minuten im Tovelillevej, der ÖPNV ist dicht getaktet und vorbildlich strukturiert. Die Wohnung (im 3. OG ohne Lift) ist klein, aber gut und neu ausgestattet. Jan wohnt mit Familie im selben Haus, er war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus, dessen Garten man mitbenutzen darf, liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel – eine Wohltat nach einem Sightseeing-Tag in Kopenhagen (auch wenn die Atmosphäre der Stadt insgesamt sehr entspannt ist). Für mich das Highlight: Vom Haus aus erreicht man den Amager Strand innerhalb von 10 Minuten und kann im Öresund schwimmen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

  Beautiful area with a good access to the metro station and the beautiful beach.

  What could be improved: It's expensive – but that's normal in the Copenhagen I guess.
  With an open window you can hear the metro.
  The landlord was the most paranoic I've ever met – he has literally zero trust in his guests, therefore he demand a 300€ deposit in cash, when you leave the apartment he checks everything, even counting every plate and thing in the apartment. (assuming everyone stealing?). Besides that he put some strange rules about not opening fully the windows etc. It's very stressful to talk with him as he really assumes the worst form his guests.

  Das Apartment war sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Leider war bei der Beschreibung nicht ganz klar, dass es sich bei dem Bett nicht um ein Bett sondern um ein Schlafsofa handelt.
