  The location is amazing. Despite previous reviews, the noise did not bother us at all, and it is a small price to pay for being so central. We stayed Monday to Saturday and we only heard a bit of noise on the Friday night.
  
  The flat was lovely and warm throughout our stay and there was plenty of hot water.
  
  The team providing support for check in, check out and extra assistance were fantastic and super helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There were a few things that bothered us.
  
  I am happy to be corrected on this if I am wrong, but I did not see any smoke alarm in the property. The front door to the flat also doesn’t feel very secure, it seems to be an internal door rather than a robust front door. The front door downstairs sometimes didn’t shut, meaning anyone could have come upstairs, however Copenhagen felt relatively safe so this wasn’t too much of an issue.
  
  The flat wasn’t as clean as it could bave been (hair on floor in bathroom and on the bed, dirty skirting, although sheets and towels did appear clean). There was also a smell of fish in the flat.
  
  The shower curtain pole kept falling off the wall. What looked like phone sockets have also come loose from the wall.

  What could be improved: Access to the flat is a little challenging up a steep staircase with no lighting, especially with a pram. Located in a popular late night area, so maybe less appropriate for families

  The apartment was amazing . Clean , comfortable and cozy. The host was so kind during our stay there. The beds are soft and in the kitchen had everything which you need. I strongly recommend. The location its fantastic , its close to the main streets. And it's not noisy.

  What could be improved: The building's entrance door is dirty and smells of urine / the kitchen is missing some equipment such as toasted bread and utensils / check-in at 4pm is also too late for autumn/winter when traveling with children. To enter earlier you have to pay a very high fee.

  A wonderful apartment in the heart of the city, very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. During our stay /3 nights during the week/ it was quiet and calm at night. The beds were extremely comfortable, as if we were sleeping among fluffy clouds. We received from our host all the information we needed in advance. I loved my stay in Copenhagen. I definitely want to come back again.
