  Excellent location, very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities.
  
  What could be improved: It was a shame there was no food available in the evenings, but this is a minor thing.

  The room was nice, it was a good size and very clean. The staff were professional and friendly. I had originally booked into a different location with the same company but they had to move me to this one, and the transition was seamless.
  
  What could be improved: The shower in the bathroom is an odd configuration, the screen pulls out into the rest of the room but it doesn't stop water from getting all over the bathroom floor.

  Great location 5 minutes walk to attractions, buses, metro close by.

  The location is ideal for a short stay, great for both exploring the local area and close to train and metro links. Staff were superb and went above and beyond, first class customer service and really friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Room was clean but basic. The family room we were in was outside tennis court and was in use at 8am so long lie was out of the question.
