  Very comfortable rooms in a great location handy for Tivoli and the city centre. The classic furniture and large rooms (for Copenhagen) set the hotel apart. I find it slightly odd that there is no bell staff to help with luggage either on arrival or departure; the concierge helped out on checkin but only after we had dragged our bags into the lobby.

  Great location in the heart of Copenhagen. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and approachable through the stay. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was good catering for different options. The hop on hop off stop is right next to the hotel which was a bonus.

  The concierge team were all very helpful and engaging. We were given a room with a view and our specific needs (a cot for my baby granddaughter in the room and a high chair in the restaurant) were met in full. They also organised an excellent guide to take us on a walking tour of the highlights of the city.

  Fantastic stay, was super quiet, well located and affordable. Beds were exceptionally comfortable- pillows were great, coffee machine was a good addition as well as a kettle. Good sized bathroom, nice views from our room which was quite high up. Water offered free in the room, was also a good addition.
